Omar is a very good salesmen. He is polite, professional and he knows his stuff. My favorite thing was that he was trying to save us money when discussing our options. The installers we also friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will be using them again for our future security needs.

A concern that did show is the LTS app has very low ratings.

The process was fairly simple, except for a couple of glitches during the installatuon, which were later resolved. I will definitely recommend this Company.

Installation was flawless. They took 3 hours to install 8 cameras. This is the Company to go.

Great company. Great service. When Omar called, we had a pleasant and informative conversation. He explained everything about the installation including the cost which was cheaper than the company I bought the cameras from. When Chris and Lazaro came, we walked my property and I told them where I wanted to cameras to be placed. They gave their recommendations on two of the camera locations which proved to be better then mine. After that, they went to work and were done inside two hours. This is the company I will recommend to all of my friends. And did I mention they also do service and repairs if your need it? It doesn't get any better than Lightspeed Security and Surveillance.

Chris and Lazaro did a very good job with the installation of a 4 Ch system. I’ve had about a week using the LTS system that they, and I have to say... it’s very good. System provides a reliable high resolution image. Job well done, guys.

Tracked down a power issue Anna resolved

They came out the same day I contacted them and finished the work in a about a half hour. It was a software issue and they handled it easily. Chris and Jordan were the techs.

Professional, informative, went above and beyond to meet the needs of my project, gave options to provide the services I needed at the lowest cost.

Difficult to get in touch with. Only offered one option which does not use modern technology. Equipment not user friendly.
