I talked to Omar over the phone and he explained what equipment he uses and how he was going to set it up. He answered all of my questions. Arturo and the crew did a excellent job with the installation and customer service. I would recommend them to my friends.

The quality of work was great, however the customer service needs to improve. It was frustrating following up on work done with poor instructions.

Jose was knowledgable about the equipment and was able to quote what we needed. The installers were courteous, friendly and FAST. They also came at a convenient time for me which is unheard of in today's service industry.

These guys were outstanding, starting with the initial dialog with Omar on my needs, to a quick turnaround on scope and proposal, within a few days later they were out at the house at exactly the time agreed. The work was begun on time and completed early. They were professional, the install went flawless, they cleaned up everything, and walked me through the operation and made sure I was happy with all the camera placements and views.. All was professionally done. I hope I get to work with them again. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I used Lightspeed to install cameras & to upgrade the alarm system. When I spoke with Omar he was very courteous & took the time to answer all my questions. I could tell he was more concerned about what my house needed & getting the job done correctly. His recommendations showed he was honest & professional. My appointment was set up quickly & the technicians showed up promptly. They were very skillful in their work & respectful of my property. Everything was professionally & neatly installed.
