I hired this pro to install 6 security surveillance cameras and to switch my home security system from ADT to Central Security. ADT was going to install some sub-standard cameras and were going to actually drill holes in my sheetrock and have a power cord down my walls to the power outlet to plug them into. DO NOT LET ADT do their shortcut installation in your home when you can have a really professional installation done by Lightspeed. This is an excellent company to do business with. Omar, the owner, was always available for answers to my questions prior to installation. He was reassuring and friendly and made me feel very comfortable with the decisions I was making. My installers, Arturo and Chris, were knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get the job completed in an extremely professional way. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat. I'm sure that the customer service will be just as available if a problem should arise with the system. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks Omar, Arturo and Chris. I appreciate all of your hard work and will enjoy my newly installed security for many years.

I don't know much about surveillance systems so I didn't write the review right away . I took some time to research and compare to products used in my home and I am happy.Customer service awesome. All questions answered at anytime. It was very comfortable to have Arturo and Chris in my home. So far so good I hope it all stays same . Considering nowadays many businesses just get you to buy but when you need assistance later they either never forward you to one who will help or if they do you are put on hold for a very looong time and end up dealing so many times about same issue.

The only other thing is the hole in the wall that needed a different type of cover to avoid critters from crawling through. I would like to get the front camera adjusted for more coverage.

I am in the retail sector and work with CCTV frequently. That said, I knew that doing my 2 story (running the cable) was going to be difficult (hence the reason why I hired someone). I contacted Omar via phone, we discussed the equipment and my needs, and he gave a quote sight unseen. The following day, his crew (Arturo and Chris) arrived and began the install. There were a couple of difficult cable runs, but Arturo was inventive and made it happen. A few hours later, I had a VERY sleek system installed and ready to go. I took five different quotes, along with Omar's, and by far, his was the best. Lightspeed offers and outstanding warranty and service above all. You cannot go wrong with these guys.........Thank you again.

Tec was good. Price for moving a line that was already installed cost $90. Total time was 8 minutes and no material cost. Same as a new install. Follow up support was not good. I was told to contact someone else. I still do not have a connection to my IPhone away from home A
