Josh came out on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the ac immediately.

They came out the evening we called, but could not do the work until after the weekend. But the quality of the work was superb.

James came to our house to repair our hot water heater. He was friendly and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend Complete Care.

James is very courteous, helpful, responsive, and goes beyond the call of duty. He came to repair my water heater and found what was wrong, replaced the part, and drained the water heater. In addition, he helped repair my garage door and told me what kind of door opener it needs to have. He and his helper did a terrific job and I highly recommend them!

James came out the same day. My hot water heater pilot went out. After several times using the instructions on the tank it would not light. Instructions told me not to open the window where you should see the flame. James showed me how to do it myself. He was very professional did the job fast. He stopped on the way to another job and got it done. Very patient and nice, clean and quick. Will use him again.
