Five Stars is not enough for this one man show. He is courteous and extremely professional. We had an issue given the design of our home. A couple plumbers came out and diagnosed a slab leak. It was great I trusted my gut and ask for one other plumber to come out and this was Capital Care- James). He diagnosed the problem which was not a slab leak, but a recirculation line and improper set up by previous owner. This saved us a very unnecessary, timely and costly repair which in end would not have rectified the issue. James then installed a fantastic state of the art tankless water heater which works wonderfully for the setup of our home. James is our go to guy. He has also recently installed an outside propane heater, and sorted other issues with external water services. He is a fantastic man with a richness of Texas/Christian values.

James did a great job! He delivered and installed a much better quality water heater than we could have bought at the local big box store. He called before he came, arrived when he said he would, did the entire job for exactly what he quoted with no last minute additional charges, and did the job expertly and correctly. He is also a nice person with solid values and true Texas charm. A pleasure to have had in our home. We will absolutely call him whenever we need a plumber for future work. Highly recommended!!
