I had called around and left messages with a couple plumbers and tried the builder supply houses to see if I could at least get my hot water heater replaced by tomorrow. It was frustrating to say the least and so I decided to go ahead and buy a WH online and pick up in store tonight and install it myself. I've done this before, many years ago when I was much younger but I was frustrated enough to go ahead and do it. Placed the order and let out a sigh... Then James called from Complete Care Plumbing, which my wife had asked for a plumbing company to contact us through Home Advisor. I told James what I was up against and he said "You've already bought the water heater?" I told him I had and he said "I will pick it up for you and head for your house." I said TONIGHT? I was stunned! What a great guy, knowledgeable and swift, and such a nice person, my wife and I were just speechless. He got here at around 8:25PM and was done and leaving at 9:05PM. I'm so thankful he called when he did, and saved us a ton of time, and no telling how much more. Price was very reasonable, and the customer service was the best I've seen--refreshing! And going beyond the call of duty... I highly recommend his company and their services. God Bless You James! You were a blessing to us!
