Reese and James did an excellent job. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Called late AM and done by mid-afternoon. Only complaint we called originally around 7:45 and left a message with their answering service. When we didn't hear by 11-ish we called back and got Tatiana. She was very helpful but it would seem the answering service never passed along our earlier call. Other than that great job. Thanks!! Jim & Joanna

Was extremely pleased at the immediate [within 4-1/2 hrs] response to correct the leak {small lake} in my front yard and both workers were polite and explained {and showed me} the cause of the leak. As a retired slightly handicapped senior citizen I could not expect or demand more courteous and economical service.

Reese was very straightforward and knowledgeable about my slab leak. I found him very trustworthy and he and Mike did a very good job fixing it. The price is high but you have to pay that these days for good workmanship.

They came on time and were very efficient. I would suggest that that customers get clarification at first contact about costs.

From the Company Owner, Office Staff to the on-site Plumbers, all were very prompt and professional in all aspects. Have used their services on multipal occasions and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend to all Family & Friends.

I had a rather unusual thing occur where I found that a bird was in our exhaust vent pipe and didn't want to use the water heater for fear of hurting the bird. Damon came out and volunteered his time to free the bird. After that, I called him again because I was trying to flush the tank (perform the annual maintenance) and got an error code saying the exhaust vent was blocked. Damon came back out and found a nest and more birds (deceased) in the vent pipe. He cleaned it out, climbed on the roof and installed screen on both the exhaust vent and the air vent so no other birds would try and enter. Then I found that one of the flush valves was frozen open so Holloway sent guys out to replace both vales. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality of work was great. I got a quote before work started and new how much it would be when they were finished. I am very happy with my experience.

On a Sunday, our sewer lined was plugged.They spent the day there and had to get the city involved. Our line had a bow in it that ended replacing by the city - done on Tuesday. Holloway Plumbing - Alan stopped and called regarding the progress on Monday & Tuesday. Fantastic service!! Thank you Alan.
