Sovereign Pest Control

I took advantage of a special offered by this pest control company specifically stating they would spray a mosquito treatment that would last up to 6 weeks. I honestly only expected it to last a month, due to my experience in the past with this service from other companies. This treatment lasted 2 weeks. It was annoying to sit outside on the patio for dinner and everyone had to run for the mosquito repellant. This is exactly why I paid for this service....so everyone wouldn't even have to think about the mosquitoes. I don't know if this was an unusually bad year for mosquitoes, but I do know whatever they used didn't work. I have a zero lot line and only have a side yard. They sprayed the front, side and the greenbelt immediately behind my house.

They said that they'll be able to get back to me in about a month or two. I was not happy with Sovereign Pest Control at all. They made it difficult to cancel it. They didn't have an availability for a month or two. I would definitely not refer Sovereign Pest Control. It was not pleasant. They were not upfront with the fact that they were so busy. I asked several times to cancel it. They were supposed to refund it. I have not actually followed up to see if they refunded it but they said that they were going to. I would not use them again, ever.

It went fine. I just paid the price of the big deal. What stood out most to me was their technician. I would use them again in the future.

They came out on time and did exactly what they were supposed to. The service was perfect.

It was good. I liked everything about it. They were on time. They communicated well with appointments. They came out when they said the communication was great.

The treatment did not really do much. I noticed a difference for about a week and then we started having a lot of mosquitos again. The service overall was ok. The technician was fine and did his job.

On time, fast and efficient. Office staff very friendly and accommodating when I needed to reschedule.

The woman who scheduled the appointment was very helpful and nice. I had some questions unrelated to the mosquito treatment we had purchased and she was very helpful. The man who sprayed arrived on time and did good work.

Sovereign came out to spray for mosquoites in my yard. It was done on October 2nd. It didn't work at all, if anything it made them mad and they are bitting even more. I followed their instructions about not watering. I called on the 10th, I wanted to give it a few days in case that is what's needed. They will not stand behind what they did, they won't come back out and re-spray. What a waste of $49. Buyer beware, don't use this company, for they will charge you and you won't have any quarentee that it will work.

Scheduling with them was super easy and they are very efficient. They called me right back and sent confirmations. I did not sign up for their annual package because the Big Deal was better, cost-wise, than the annual package. The company was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained the options to us. The price was good and they were very good to deal with.

Arrived early. Was done in 10 minutes. Very professional. Still have a few mosquitos but they may be coming from the neighbors.

Showed up on time, explained the process and that it would last about a month, sprayed, and left. The treatment appeared to decreased the amount of mosquitoes but did not totally eliminate (which was fine because I did not expect total elimination).

It was good. It seemed to knock the pests down for a while. The service was good and Sovereign Pest Control was good. I had no problems. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was I had to pay upfront on Paypal, which is fine. I kind of hate the paper stuff before I get it. That was okay. Once I paid for it and I finally got it, there was a little bit of glitch getting connected between me, Angie's List and Sovereign Pest Control. When I finally got it, they were so backed up. It was like 9 days before I got the service. I would like to have it a little quicker. They told me that they could take the deal that they kind of have to do it. They came out when they were supposed to and do everything they were supposed to. The big deal purchase price was the final cost of the service.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. I believe their treatment slowed the process down. He gave me some info about continuing with their treatment plan and told me that I could. The experience was excellent and he was very professional.

They came out and the service turned out good once they came out and did the service. It's just it took a month for them to come out and after I had to get their number and call them. It didn't take them very long to get them charge my credit card. I had to call them and made contact with them. The price they charge was good and they were right on time when they said they would come out.

I expected the workman to ring the doorbell and let me know when he was here but I was home all day and no one knocked. They did leave a receipt behind which was blown into my neighbor's yard (which I luckily saw). The mosquito population was unchanged after this treatment so I don't know if the service was really performed. Had I seen the service performed I would have given a different score.

The lady was very nice and punctual but the treatment did not last a full week. I was in the back yard about six days later and got numerous mosquito bites. She only stayed a short time so I wonder if she was very thorough.

They were outstanding. I had misread the "Big Deal", thinking it applied to yards up to an acre, when in fact it was for yards no larger than a quarter of an acre. My mistake. However, the technician was good enough to do our entire back yard and most of our front yard...probably 2/3 of an acre for the same price!

not well. Told them not the front yard. We spend our time in the back yard and we are harrassed by mosquitoes. Was told...not anymore! Then afterwards it became obvious...the front yard was treated not the back. I did not get what I paid for as they failed to follow instructions that were repeated.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It did not go too well. He came out and sprayed for mosquitoes. They said that it would last thirty days or longer. It didn't even last five days. We both got eaten up by mosquitoes. We called them, and they never got back to us. They said that they would have the guy that came out to call back, but they never did call back. I wasn't happy. They were nice when they came out. I had put up some powdered granules and sprayed it off around a few weeks before that because we had a birthday party in July. I sprayed those all around the house and everything else, and we weren't eaten by mosquitoes at all. But, then, a few weeks after that, we decided to spray some more so we called them up. They came out and the results were not as happy as what I put out. So I figured that I wasted the money. With regard to price, I don't know as I have never had it done before. So I guess it's probably average. With regard to responsiveness, they responded alright.

The technition that came out was prompt and very courteous. He gave clear directions for how long the treatment would take to dry before I should let my dog outside. Also told me how long the application should last. I was very well pleased.

Fine. They came out when they promised and sprayed. We still get bites but not nearly as many. Need to get all the neighbors to get sprayed at once. Spraying one house is just not that effective.

It's been 2 weeks and .....no bites!!!.....

They had a few things to come and spray for including termites and they charged me $90 extra for adding the termite plan for 1 year. It was good, he was on time, very professional, and he did a good job.

Purchased a Big Deal for mosquito treatment. Called to make the appointment. They had all my paperwork and were able to schedule me for the very next day. The guy showed up about 30 minutes early, which was ok, except I had to let my dogs out before he could do the treatment. He told us to make sure that everyone stayed off the grass for at least 2 hours. I have a vegetable garden area that he said he was not spraying at all to make sure the soil wasn't contaminated. That was it. He sprayed front and back, gave me a receipt and left. I haven't noticed mosquitos so I guess he did what we paid him for.
