Over all the services were excellent. The communication was easy when I asked to schedule two different services on the same day. The company arrived exactly on time, worked quickly, and provided exceptional cleaning services. I am glad that Angie's List brought UpFront Home Services to my attention. There are a flood of companies that deliver these services but it is hard to find one that is reputable and delivers high quality services. UpFront Home Services exceeded all of my expectations and I will be a repeat customer.

Joey was on time and is the best. He is professional and friendly. Crew does a great job. Hired him to come back and clean, polish and seal all the granite at a later date. Very pleased.

I phoned UpFront before purchasing the voucher to insure that he thought he could work with my granite problems. Joey said he would try. He came to the house and wasn't able to fix the problem that I had purchased the special to handle. He did perform a couple of quick touch ups but indicated that he wouldn't charge me for those. UpFront suggested the refund since they weren't able to complete the needed repairs. Great guy, easy to work with, will use again in future should the need arise.

Joseph exceed our expectations! Friendly, punctual, professional and fast service. We misinterpreted the deal yet Joseph refused to charge us extra. Would highly recommend and use Up Front a again in the future.

They did the tile in our bathroom. I wasn?t present but my understanding was that our hose exploded and they damaged some of pictures. They were very apologetic and very sorry. They agreed to compensate us with a free carpet cleaning. They were very professional through it all and they were trying their best to make amends. Addendum: The review above was fabricated by an Angie's List Rep called me and tried to create a review based on my responses. I will not bash the vendor but I will bash the Angie's list Site for intruding on my valuable time.

First, they worked with me to schedule 2 trips at my convenience on 2 consecutive Saturdays. They showed up on time, were pleasant and professional, and did a really good job. It required 2 trips. The first day they cleaned the areas to be treated. The next trip they color stained the old grout. They had many grout colors to choose from. The one we picked looks really good. Overall, they did a great job and we would recommend them.

The provider's first available appointment was more than a month after my purchase. They showed up (on time) and immediately told me the tile and grout cleaning I purchased did not include my type of tile (Saltillo). This restriction was not noted in the deal details, nor did the provider ask at the time of scheduling (nor anytime thereafter) what type of tile I had. Frankly, if the provider had told me up front or shortly thereafter they couldn't do the work, I would understand. But to wait six weeks for nothing makes me mad. This was POOR customer service.

The gentlemen were punctual and performed the service stated. They were friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again.

They missed an appointment and now I want my money back because I cannot take off work again.

Two man crew were very professional. They even got out stains the previous company I used did not get out. These guys are my new favorite! Carpet is 12 years old and looks terrific, better than it has in years.

It took 3 months to schedule the appointment that took them 15 minutes to do. They cleaned and I use that term loosely my 3 bathroom floors. I could have done the same thing by washing them with a mop. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I don't know how they are so busy they must be first time customers.

I purchased the coupon, then worked with the vendor to get the services scheduled. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get on their calendar. On the day they were scheduled to arrive, they text me to see if their truck and equipment could reach our apartment, but it could not so they cancelled the appointment. They instructed me to contact Angie's List for a refund. The person was apologetic and professional. I plan to attempt to identify an different vendor who has portable equipment to apply these services.

After a thorough cleaning, the service provider informed me that the carpeting was quite dirty (from previous owner's pets) and that he was unable to remove all of the stains in the guest bedroom. After allowing the carpet to dry for a day, I confirmed that the carpeting was substantially cleaner, but the carpeting on the top step of the stairwell and in the guest bedroom still had some visible stains.

I called UpFront Home Services, in response to a Big Deal for upholstery cleaning, to ask if his company cleans cotton velvet upholstery. It's difficult to find someone who does clean velvet, as it takes special tools and processes. Joey was very upfront about not being able to help me, thoroughly explained why, and then provided a couple of recommendations for companies that DO clean velvet upholstery. Because of his candor, professionalism and overall politeness, I will definitely consider UpFront Home Services for future carpet cleaning needs.

Joseph sealed my granite counter tops with the help of another guy. He was very nice and explained each step in the process before beginning his work. They worked quickly and efficiently. The counter tops look better than ever now! He even gave me recommendations on what to clean with after sealing to help them stay in the best shape possible.

It was great--I mentioned that there had been a cat in the house prior to us purchasing it, so I wanted an "extra good" cleaning--he immediately acknowledged the request and made a suggestion as to how he would get as much hair up as possible...and a few weeks later I can say that he definitely did! Everything looks and smells great!

It really did not go at all. The Big Deal form has scheduling spots for the customer requested dates. Not sure about others, but I was not expecting a big delay for this type of service. I pin pointed several days within the next 2 weeks. In response, the Provider's e-mail asks the customer to go to their (Provider) schedule to make an appointment (ignoring the Angie's list calendar) and that provider form lists 1 day a week for several weeks that they might be in a certain area, and those areas are all suburban like Katy, Sugarland- 30 miles from the Rice U area. In any case, I telephoned and after an extended conversation and some texting I was offered an appointment date that was a week and a couple days after my initial request. The price was really just a market competitive rate; 4 other A rated Angie's provider's offered similar deals at $99 for 4 rooms. Getting ready for carpet cleaning requires a fair amount of prep time and inconvenience, as well as blocking out other events. I prepared the area (moved furniture off the carpets etc leaving the rooms unusable for this phase), but the Provider sends a message the same day as service that the job has been cancelled due to weather..."a strict company policy not to clean in rainy weather"; this policy had never been disclosed previously. I called several other Angie's list carpet cleaning A rated services and they all could get in to service within a couple days and for the same price and none said anything about weather. It was not raining when I contacted the Provider and their response was, "it will be" . How I see it: a) Rains are plentiful in Houston and we have these thunderstorms all summer; it rains 30 minutes and the work goes on b) never heard a word about the "rain out "policy prior to the day of service c) Provider did not bother to offer a reschedule, just cancel and get back to us d) several other firms seem to go right on cleaning during our seasonal tropical weather (it is indoors after all). What I learned: don't jump on a "Big Deal" because it may not be, so go ahead and research the other vendors to see what the industry is offering. It could be the Provider is not up to the volume increase from the promotion, or is not staffed up to handle the geographic market size expansion. Geography service area is pretty important, verify the vendor truly handles your area. Thanks.

These guys were nothing short of amazing. The responded to my request for a bid within minutes and had us scheduled for the next day to clean our carpet. They were not only timely, but they kept me posted with appointment reminders and status of their arrival. They were very professional, efficient, and a real pleasure to do business with. The carpet people came to my condo, but they didn't have the insurance required to work in the condo. They didn't want to pay $200 for the insurance, even though it will then allow them to work everyone in the high rise condo.

Overall the guys did a great job. They were on time, they were friendly, and I was shocked at how much they cleaned from my tiles and grout. The floors looked so clean when they were done. The only small issue we had was when the guys tried to move a piece of furniture, not knowing that the cabinet was bolted to the wall. So we had to rebolt it, but not a big deal.

Anthony and Joseph cleaned the tile and grout lines in my kitchen, breakfast room, and both bathrooms. They then returned the next day and re-colored the grout lines. They both were courteous, professional, and very pleasant to work with. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend these guys.

They did a great job and we were very happy with them. The sofa turned out great and it was in bad shape before they came. They showed up exactly when they said they would and they called me the day before to remind me when they were coming. They had very good equipment as well. They knew what they were doing and they got the job done in about one hour. They also cleaned up after themselves and left everything the way they found.

The owner/provider was thorough, answered all my questions, he worked hard and even offered to return if I were not satisfied with his work. I did not have to resort to that, because he did an excellent job!
