Overall, they did a very good jobThe technician came at the time indicated and gave me an estimate to seal the granite counters. It was an amount greater than the amount I paid for the coupon because it was a larger area than the coupon covered. I agreed with the estimate and the tech cleared the counter areas, cleaned and sealed the counters. In the cleaning and sealing process, some debris from the solutions they used splattered to the floor, even though they covered the floors near the counters to avoid spillage. After they left, I had to do some clean-up but it was minimal.

He was prompt, efficient, and courteous.

Upfront worked overtime (during their lunch break) to clean the carpets of a house we were putting on the market the next day. Schedule early because it looks like everyone wants to use him, and his schedule is really full. But they did a great job and the carpets look fantastic (we had a contract on the house within a week). I'm about to hire him again to clean our other house.

The team kept me posted during the day regarding their estimated arrival time - which was highly appreciated. On arrival, they were very courteous. Inspected the condition of all carpeted areas and told me up front what to expect. Five rooms plus stairs and hallways - done in a little over two hours, Highly recommended.

Horrible service and waste of my time and money. They didn't call before arriving eventhough I requested it with my appointment where I was given a 3 hour winddow but luckly I was home. They cleaned my kitchen and two bathrooms in 30 minutes. The didn't bring any supplies to prepare the site for cleaning such as transporting their tools & machines. No towels to clean up or cover areas with carpet & hardwood flooring. I had to provide my towels to make sure other areas were covered. I didn't see any difference with my tiles after the cleaning was completed by this company. The cleaning company that I hired last year spend 2 hours cleaning my tiles in my kitchen alone and the difference was noticeable while this company took 30 minutes to clean kitchen and two bathrooms. The big deal offered by Angies was a waste of my time and money.

They are booked until the week of 10/3 which is too late for me.

The gentleman called about 30 minutes before arrival as promised. He arrived on type, was professional and courteous in his interactions. He asked about any specific stains or concerns and went right to work. I was very pleased with the service and have already recommended it to a friend.

I recently purchase house about 1500 sq that was empty and I needed all the floors, both tile and carpet cleaned. I saw the UpFront?s offer for $149.00 for the whole house. I contacted Joseph and told him what I needed. As it was a newly purchased house and I didn't know how long it had been since it was cleaned, Joseph suggested that I upgrade to his "roto clean" for an extra $100.00 and I agreed. They showed up and stated to work on the carpets (4 rooms). After they finished the carpets, I expected them to go to work on the tile BUT Joseph then tells me that ? Whole House? was carpet only and he wants another $150.00 to do the tile. So I spent $229. For 4 small rooms. Pricey!!

My carpet was in desperate need of cleaning. Joe arrived within minutes of the second hour and was done within the hour. What happened after he was done I thought was a little strange. He simply walked out my front door, started his engine and sent me the following text message "All done! Looks a lot better. Give it some time to dry. If you have any questions please let me know". I would've appreciated a walk-through when the job was complete. I noticed some of the edges were missed. I would've liked to have the opportunity to point them out but he was gone. There's an obvious difference where my family room meets the kitchen tile. I've tried a number of products I've purchased at local hardware stores but none of them have worked well enough to blend in with the rest of the carpet.

He worked with me and reschedule when I needed. They cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms and a hallway. Everything with the service was excellent. I would use them again in the future.

Did a great job.... on time and prepared. I have dogs so not matter what you do, things can get a bit 'doggie' smelling. The carpets were clenaed and deoderized nicely. No harsh chemicals used and just created a nice freshness. Will definitely use this company in the future to keep things nice.

The service worked out fine. They cleaned the carpets in the hallways and two bedrooms. We plan on using them in the future because we going through a bathroom remodel.

Great! He was accommodating to my schedule. Arrived well within the window of service time. Did an awesome job!!

Joseph arrived on time (and early within his 3-hour window).. Assessed the job and promptly started spraying the initial spray (presumably to soak stains, etc). Then steam cleaned every carpeted area in the house - WITH NO UPCHARGE FOR CLOSETS, HALLWAYS, A SMALL RUG AT THE FRONT DOOR, AND A SIZABLE ENTRY RUG IN FRONT OF THE DOUBLE DOORS GOING INTO THE PATIO. He was very conscious in getting areas behind doors and behind chairs (which he helped me move). Also, very friendly (loves to talk sports and how his father started out in the carpet cleaning business, etc.) and even made suggestions as to how to upgrade the flooring in my home. LET ME REPEAT - NO UPSELLING SERVICES OR CHARGING FOR THINGS I THOUGHT SHOULD BE INCLUDED AS 95% OF EVERY CARPET CLEANING SERVICE I'VE USED IN THE P[AST 25 YEARS. He also provides tile cleaning as well as granite counter top cleaning. I will definitely use him in the future.

He didn't end up providing service for us but he was very helpful and suggested some companys that might use eco-friendly chemicals. We also have a specific type of tile that this company could not service. If I ever thought he could provide the type of service I needed I'd absolutely use him.

It was okay. The carpet didn’t really stay clean and they left a lot of residue. They got the job done in a couple of hours. I really liked the worker and he was a great guy. The scheduling was great and I had no problems with that.

Easy scheduling. On time service. Did not really change the look of the counters as they are in good condition, but it was recommended that they be resealed every so often.

There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Everything turned out fine.

It was good. I had the option to upgrade but didn't. He was booked and I had to wait a month. The tech that did the work was an A. However, I couldn't get ahold of the office -- I just had to leave a message and have them call me back.

The gentlemen were very professional. They explained everything they were going to do and why. They pre-treated all the stains and were meticulous in managing my expectations about what they could and could not do. We just purchased this 7 year old house that had been a rental for the last 3 years. The owners did little to nothing in the way of basic upkeep which the carpets and floors showed. Given that, they did an excellent job. The carpet was definitely better given its starting condition. The tile and granite look like new. They steamed the grout which went from dark brown back to its original beige.

From the time of scheduling to the time they walked out of the door, very professional, and extremely satisfied with the service.
