They were on time and did what they said they were going to do.

I think it went well. I didn't get what I thought I was going to get but he told me that what I thought I was going to get is not what I needed. It was a low moisture way of doing it, but I don't think it cleaned it very deeply to be honest. Make sure you understand what you're getting and make sure what it is you need, talk to him upfront. For the countertops, I would give them an A, I think he did a good job there. I don't have a frame of reference. I think his offer was four rooms and he only had to do three rooms and some stairs.

The service went well. They did a pretty good job. We have a lot of animal hair in the house and they did a good job taking care of that. I paid an additional fee to have them put a treatment on the carpet. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 2 hours. They were able to clean 3 room of carpet. They were communicative and up front. They were easy to work with. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They were prompt and professsional and had a great attitude. Joseph, the owner, was a great person to deal with and cared about the details of my job. I feel like he went above and beyond for my job by happily moving my furniture in order to clean the floors (something I probably should have done before he arrived) . I would be proud to refer this company to others. I plan to use them again for my next stone and tile cleaning job. I am very happy with the work!

Awful experience overall. There is now a giant crack in my granite counter top. He tried to cover up his mistakes. The crack goes from the front corner all the way to the wall. They were on time.

It was a big deal. It turned okay. They were very quick and they were here in about half an hour. There are 3 floors in our residential and the top floor and corner, they left some stain marks. We are waiting to see if they will come out. I was not charged more.

I took advantage of one of Angie's Big Deals for tile and grout cleaning. Upfront contacted me immediately and worked me into their schedule for the following week. I was given an 8-11 am window, and they arrived at 8:45! We moved into our home about a year ago, and I'm not sure the tile/grout had ever been professionally cleaned. I was skeptical on how well this would work, but all of the floors cleaned looked great! We were extremely pleased with the results. Upfront was very punctual, easy to work with, and provided the desired results.

Arrived early in the "time window" walked through the house with me to show them what I wanted done. Explained the cleaning process, they were very quick and did a fabulous job. I hope that they will make another exception to their service area when I need it done again!

Simply Excellent. Arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job polishing the granite, really brought out the colors of our countertop. Left everything perfectly clean. Extremely satisfied and will call them again.

The overall experience was great! I've used them before, and will use them again. The scheduling was easy, I work the evenings and with their 24/7 online scheduling makes my life a lot easier!

Used an Angie's list coupon/deal to get the $99 price. Lead Tech Joseph Pais was able to remove the water spots on the granite around the faucets in my master bathroom and downstairs bathroom. The speical was only for a specific square footage but he also polished and resealed the granite around the entire sinks at no charge. Joseph was very professional and punctual.

I could not figure out how to schedule the work to be done, as it's all done online. I picked a date and sent a note in the space provided online to schedule the cleaning. Nothing else came of it. After a few months I just forgot about it. Never had contact with the provider as I was unable to retrieve the initial appointment form.

Joseph puts up with a lot from me. We've now used him multiple times and he just rolls with the punches. This time the painters locked the key to the house inside the house (long story)... But Joseph switched up his schedule in order to get it done that same day after the locksmiths could get the door open. He also threw in the pet odor enzime treatment for free! Great service and a great job. If you live anywhere near west Houston or Katy, TX, call Joseph at Upfront. He will make sure it's done perfectly and bend over backwards on customer service. Punctual, courteous, quick. Carpet dried quickly. I would use them again.

This company was very good in all aspects of the services they provided, from very good communications and scheduling plus on time arrival and very courteous as they performed the service. I will definitely use them again on any future carpet cleaning jobs I may have.

Really made a difference. I could not get as much cleaned with hours of scrubbing on my knees. Will have the living room done soon.
