It was okay. The work lasted two hours and I thought it was expensive for the work he did. He damaged the corners of the walls because they use a big pipe. He wasn't perfect at the end because there were a few stains that remained.

Service was timely and delivered in a quality manner. Excellent communications thru the entire process. Great company!!

They were on time and had all the necessary equipment to do the work, even though their records indicated that they were cleaning kitchen tile instead of the shower. The work was completed in about 2 hours. They removed a large amount of the old grout before re-grouting in a professional manner. The floor of the shower is small one inch tiles for which they indicated needed a separate type of cleaning or refacing. They cancelled the originally scheduled appointment date one Friday ago because "it's going to rain." Overall, they were great and I would recommend them.

Two carpet cleaners arrived at the appointment time and cleaned all of our carpets within one hour. They were friendly and professional in their work attitude. They cleaned our combo living-dining room, a stairway and upstairs loft, and two bedrooms. We would definitely recommend them to others.

They cleaned the whole carpet zone. It was quick and without problems, However, the carpet was just a little less than 2 years old and we don't have any pets and ceep it pretty clean. Still, there are some high traffic areas that got a little greyish. After the cleaning these areas were lighter but I could still see it. I had hoped that the celaning would leave the carpet as new.

They did a great job. Joseph is the owner and he and his helper were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use him again! and I will be referring him to all my friends!

I have dark lines where the carpet meets the walls in many places. The job was rushed and I am not happy with these results

I purchased the deal then the company called and said they don't service my area. Please refund immediately.

Joseph and Steve were very professional and knowledgeable, but after reviewing my grout issue, they determined that they would not be able to correct it to my satisfaction. I appreciate their straight forward frankness.

The overall experience was mixed. They were very polite and professional. However, they ultimately did not accomplish what the original call was for. They proceeded to clean the floor in the bathroom instead of the shower. After completed, the tile and grout looked to be the same. Ultimately, I am not sure the product or liquid used, and what they were hoping to accomplish with the cleaning. In the future, I will look to another provider.

Because the areas were small it took them little time. They did a good job although they weren't able to lighten some of the grout in the bathroom floor as much as I had hoped. Joseph and Steve were punctual and professional and I will use their services again.

From purchase to completion, this was a nice experience. I liked that the crew didn't try to nickle and dime their way through this, and appreciated that I estimated the excess (area beyond the purchased deal) accurately. Communicated very well, before and day of service. They were able to meet my requested time of service. They came in and gave me an estimate of the services I had inquired about. Gave recommendations and feedback on requested services. During the service, Joseph, was very friendly and even concluded with recommendations on cleaners to maintain the tile/grout. Will use again!

The company arrived on time. Even though we've been in the house for 6 years, they said our counters don't need to be cleaned and we should request a refund. I mainly wanted our large island cleaned and sealed, it has a "leather" finish on it. The company said it was so beautiful, they were afraid to do anything to it. They were very nice and I will definitely call them again if we have a need. I greatly appreciate their honesty.

Everything went well. They actually cleaned all the tile on the ground floor of the house, even though we only paid for 300 square feet. The tile is white, and the change was amazing. The workers were punctual, and were here about 1.5 hours. We were extremely happy with the results.

They were very detailed. They arrived on time, did exceptional work, and cleaned up. They kept us advised and asked questions assuring we received what we were expecting, and more. None of my previous tile work came close to their quality or customer service. And their price was much lower than the others.

Highly responsive and on time arrival. Pre-treated stains and cleaned 8 rooms plus 2 stairs. No additional charges for large square footage. Efficient, courteous and professional team. Carpets had numerous stains that surprisingly came out. Overall very pleased with results. Will use again in the future and would recommend.
