The provider would not provide the services advertised, so no work was done and Angie refunded my money.

The service went well. They came out on a Saturday. They did what we needed while they were here. We did not pay anything else other than the $149 Big Deal purchase price. The price was probably a little higher than the work would have cost but not much. They had to charge a price like that on a small job or it is not worth for them coming out. So, the price was okay. Everything was really good. They were definitely punctual. They got here when they said they would be. I would use them again in the future. I told them that I might be calling them because I have some other potential tile work that they may want to do.

They were prompt, punctual and I was happy with what they did .

I purchased a $199 move in special from UpFront Home Services on 2/22/15. The provider emailed me through Angie's list, that very same day, trying to set up an appointment. I expressed to the provider that I preferred to talk on the phone vs. email. He emailed back and said he would call later that afternoon, which he did. We set an appointment up for the 27th. I couldn't believe with all of the A ratings here on Angie's list and 4 star ratings on Google that they would be able to come so quickly. On the day of service, two gentlemen arrived, one that I had spoken with on the phone and his partner. They were scheduled between 9 and noon. The one guy that I had spoken with on the phone, sent me a text message about 30 minutes before arriving letting me know that the were on the way. No one does that anymore, I was so pleased, for the heads up. They arrived about 10AM. I showed them through my house, at all of the areas I wanted clean. I showed them a few places where I had some stains on the whtie carpeting, one stain I was sure wouldn't come out (we overwatered a plant and it spilt out onto the carpet), I asked them to do the best they could with it. I also asked them to clean 5 area rugs that I have, and my sofa/love seat in our great room. Two guys took a total of about 90 minutes to do everything and didn't sacrifice one bit of quality in the process. I was completely amazed. The worked the plant stain a few times over and it was gone. The carpets look brand new again (other than in a few areas of heavy traffic, where the carpet is beginning to pack down, but very very clean again). One of the area rugs that I was having them clean, is a rug that my dad had made for me on my 16th birthday. It is a rug with a 1963 Corvette on it. The rug is almost 20 years old and had several stains on it, that I have tried and tried to get out. This rug has a lot of sentimental value. I am amazed. I wish I had taken a before picture, because it looks brand new again. My carpet, area rugs, and sofa/loveseat all look great. Everything was completely dry withing 90 minutes and the deodorizer that they use smells great. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. I am also posting this on our HOA community Facebook page. I just can't believe they did all of this for a grand total of $485 and it only took 90 minutes to complete. A++++++++++ provider.

I purchased a Big Deal with them. I didn't hear from after 2 days, so gave him a call. He took my information, and told me he would have to call me back. He emailed me later, and gave me some dates he could come to do the work. The dates did not work for me, so I was unable to work with him.

They did just what we needed and in a timely manner. Would use again in the future.

Attention to detail was lacking. Pointed out missed spots and was told they did them and that they wouldn't come out. I was able to clean them myself later. Re-caulking was on the sloppy side. Had to provide a check for sales tax as Angies list didn't collect this with the deal online.

They were fine. They were great. They were timely and they did a good job. They were very professional and personable.

In comparison to other companies I have used, they did an excellent job for the money I paid. Other companies I have used cleaned under most furniture and put Styrofoam blocks under the legs (for furniture not exceedingly heavy, ex. armoirs). But the cost was much, much more. I don't think Up Front did clean under the a lot of furniture unless they just didn't leave the blocks under the legs...did some but not most. But I didn't request it either nor did I feel I needed it done this time. I was still overall pleased with the work they did and the time it took to finish.

The work went on very well. I was very happy with them.

They contacted me in advance to confirm appt. The day of, they contacted me to let me know that they would arrive shortly. Did a very good job. Very nice and professional. Tub looks much better.

This is a bait and switch with Angie's List involvement. End result in my opinion, was about a 10% job. It was my understanding that cleaning was for the entire shower. Nothing was done to the glass walls or door. Bottom line is a very poor job and very deceptive wording on Angie's list 'BIG DEAL".

The guy showed up and said I don't really need the work done. They were just being honest and saving me the trouble and money, they came and went.

I started communicating with them and they have been very responsive. I am just not ready to use the service. I hope to use the deal by the end of the month.

Joseph and his team were excellent. We had originally set a date in January but it was during a week where we had heavy rain. Joseph messaged me and advised against cleaning the carpets during the rainy weather as it would take them much longer to dry so we rescheduled. They were right on time within their appointment window, discussed options for me to purchase to help with high traffic and pet areas, and then got started right away. The process took about 20 minutes and I'm very happy with the results the carpets look and smell fantastic. They were very friendly and professional and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

It was fine. The tech who did the work was very nice. I had him do the hallway. He did the work in a timely manner and did exactly what I wanted. He was on time, in the time range that they had specified before hand.

I received a call that they were on the way. They arrived right on time and didn't waste any time getting started. There were two men who were very professional. They were very thorough and finished in a little over an hour. I was advised not to walk on it with shoes for a few hours, and to set the AC fan for "ON" to help it dry. It smells so fresh now, even with 3 cats.

They did an excellent job. The shower looks much better now. They were quick and efficient. And friendly.

It went fabulous. the tile they cleaned was 20 years old and the grout was black. it looks brand new. They technicians and equipment were great.

The job was done very well.

The Service Provider came out to my house and they were very profestional, on time and they did a great job. I knew that there may be an extra cost for services but the provider actually did a larger area than I expected and therefore, the extra price was fine.
