The techs arrived right on schedule, explained what they would be doing and why, and then went immediately to work. They were very meticulous and obviously had extensive experience in this type of work. They happily answered the few questions we had and finished the job on a timely basis.

The man that cleaned our carpets, Bill, was so nice and he really cared about doing a good job. Bill definitely took pride in his work! I used Clean as a Whistle for 14 years, but Bill at Upfront Services did s much better job for a significantly lower price.

Provider is professional, responsive and explained details of service. Tile and grout did not come out as clean as expected but could just be age of it.

The technicians were great. Very courteous and professional. They did a great job on the rugs. The only not positive things I can say is to give better estimates of the time it will take to perform the task (the office told me less than an hour when it was way more than two) and also better estimates of how long it will take for the rugs to dry (I had people coming over that evening and I had to have them keep their shoes on because the rug was still wet. I would definitely hire UpFront Home Services again.

Excellent service so I asked them to re seal my Bathroom and they returned 10 days later to do that. I have used another company in the passed but found them very expensive compared to Up front. Delighted with all work done and will be using them again for other services.

Arrived on time. Did a very good job. Very pleased with the dirty stairs as he worked hard to get them to look new again.

I realized there's a difference in putting polish & buffing & actually restoring finish

The provider was in and out of the house very quickly. When the carpets dried, there were clearly patches they had missed and we can now see the different colors on our carpets.

Our service guy called to tell us he was on his way and was exactly on time. He was professional and very polite. We had the pet odor treatment and it was wonderful. Before you could tell we had cats in our home (2 were males that weren't fixed) and after he left...you there was not a trace of their smell. I will definitely use them again. They answered all my questions and was up front with cost.

Jonathan showed up on time. He was professional, knew his craft and made recommendations on how I can continue to care for and maintain the granite countertops over time. I learned a lot during his visit and he was quick and efficient. Would definitely use again in the future.

He confirmed the appointment the day before and the morning of the service. He was very punctual. Phillip was very knowledgeable and professional, and I was very happy with the results. I would gladly use this service again in the future.

Provider indicated that they won't be able to perform this work because the tiles were not seated well.

On time and very professional

They did awesome as usual. We had some issues with pet odor, especially urine odor. The were able to completely knock the odor out and left our carpet and couch/loveseat looking beautiful. They were also very quick and efficient.

I would love for this company to do the work, but they can not take out the grout on my tile floor. It is over 20 years old. Their method is not compatible with my type of tile . They would have to replace all the tiling and grout to do the service. They stated they could re grout my shower stall, but it is rather small / fits 1 person, and I thought it was not worth the price of the deal. He was a very nice man and was very upfront about not being able to do the services. They gave me lots of ideas for this project going forward. I have requested for a refund for this Big Deal.

Phillip from upfront cleaned a couch and area rug. We have a dog who camps out on both. Phillip arrived when he said he would, did the work Upfront had committed to do, did excellant work, and left not a single drip anyplace. I will use them again though probably request Phillip if possible. I recomment Upfront with no reservations.

Not well. I was willing to give him and a one try and set up an appt for another time. He told me it did not make sense to come out and complete the project since we were further than he wanted to come and instructed me to get a refund through Annie's list even though I told him I did not want to hassle with a refund.

The carpet cleaner came on time and thoroughly cleaned all eight areas of our house. He was courteous and worked with us to clean up the carpets as needed. We shall definitely use them again.

Overall the entire carpet came out just perfect and no complaints on the till either. Very good work and good visit. We'll definitely use him again in the future.

Came in and cleaned the carpet in the entire 2 story house I just purchased. They did everything in a timely manner and gave us instructions on drying the carpet for our next day move in. So stains did not come out but since this was a basic cleaning of the entire 3400+ house, I am not complaining for the price. Would recommend and use again. Very professional and great price.

Did a wonderful job. My dog got sick all over my house. Upfront services was able to come out late the same day and cleaned my whole house. My wife was extremely pleased with the results.

Phillip arrived on time to our home to clean the carpets. We just moved in and were doing a number of projects around the house while he was there. He assessed the areas we wanted cleaned and discussed the problem spots, explained the process and estimated the time it would take to complete the work. He was accomodating and friendly, particularly given that he had to work around several other contractors that were working in other areas of the house. The work was excellent. He agree to come back to complete one room that another contractor was working in. Overall, we were pleased with the work and his professionalism. He got to work quickly and finished without delay. I would hire Upfront again.
