They were rated A by Angie's List and I was not disappointed. They were responsive, on time and did a great job.

It didn't go very well so we had it cleaned by another company.

Joseph and I worked on several scheduling options and chose today. He was very easy to work with on that issue. Phillip called and said he was on the way and arrived at the appointed time. I told him about my 3 cats, one of which would try to go outside, so he was very mindful of that. He was the consummate professional and quickly got to work. It took him just under an hour to pre spot and vacuum 2 3rd floor bedrooms, a small hallway between them, then 2 sets of carpeted stairs. I didn't want or need any furniture to be moved. He really knows his stuff, and I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he was able to finish the job. He is also a delightful man with a wonderful attitude and outlook on life. I would recommend UpFront without hesitation.

The contractor called prior to arriving. He arrived early, yay! After he completed the job, he talked to me about the work he completed. He did an excellent and thorough job. I will definitely used them again!

It went well. They have done good service and we were all satisfied with the service. They were prompt and they scheduled it within the time frame.

My call was returned within a couple of hours after leaving a message. The price was more competitive than two other Angie's List providers that I contacted and they were able to schedule an appointment just two days from my initial contact. The technician was on time, called me ahead of time to let me know he was coming, and he finished the job quickly.

No hiccups, they coming on one time, did good job in cleaning the carpet.

Joseph contacted me prior to the carpet cleaning appointment to verify time and crating the dog. The service was efficiently done, and some older "hopeless" stains actually disappeared to my great joy. Friendly and pleasant. I will definitely use them in the future.

The carpet cleaning service provider was Phillip. He came on time and did an awesome job, taking his time to clean the carpet. The carpet looked almost new when he finished and when my wife came home; she described it as ?amazing?. Thank you Angie list and UpFront home Services.

Decent job, but simple surface stains were left. Ones I could get out by hand. Did not put moved furniture back in place as other companies do

Very straight forward, overall are great, professional.

The grout was not so bad to begin with.I had hoped it would all be like new again and it did not. Will try another method may be pressure washing at a later date.
