+ -1 moreThe carpet cleaning was good enough. The service man they sent was responsive and professional. However, there were problems about keeping appointments. I waited all day for the appointment I had scheduled and no one showed up. When I called them the next day, they didn't have my appointment booked. On the second appointment, they were late. For me, I'd be wary to use them again.

The carpeted stairs (especially the cracks) weren't as clean as other carpet cleaning companies that I've used in the past, but since they also were able to do the tile/grout, we were sold. We cleaned the hardwood floors ourselves. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Came out and looked at bath room tiles, said that they couldn't do any thing because the cement board behind the tiles needed replacing. Recommend that I contact Angie's List and ask for a refund. Being that it had been more than 30 days since I ordered the service Angie's List gave me a store credit.

+ -1 moreThey did not do a good job. They did not do what was stated in the offer. It was not a good experience at all!
Description of Work: They did not provide the services detailed in the offer! It directly states steam cleaning of the shower. They didn't even have the equipment to stem clean. All they did was put caulk in a big square on the bottom of the shower and on giant stripe in the corner with caulk that wasn't even close the grout in my shower. Plus the left a mess!

+ -1 moreShowed up on time. Very professional. All furniture except heavy bookcases were removed from the room, so it was much easier to see the fruit juice spills on the light colored carpet. The carpet is not new but every spot was removed. I think we can make the carpet last until the 4-month old baby is 2 years old with regular cleanings by UpFront. The carpet is clean and soft.
Description of Work: This was an Angie's List special promotion. Provider cleaned carpet that was "spray-painted" with fruit juice by a 2-year old. Did a wonderful job....every spot gone! Best job of any carpet cleaner I've used and by far the most professional.
