The service was exceptional - from the time I purchased the service to the day the cleaning occurred. I spoke with Joseph via email to set up a date and time and work out any questions/concerns I had. Joseph was very professional and very quick to respond to my emails. We have a large sections (love seat, connecting corner piece that is big and couch). We worked out a price for the additional corner piece and he gave me some advice on some other questions I had such as stain protection, etc. We stayed in contact and the day the cleaning was scheduled, Phillip came out to do the cleaning. He called before he headed our way and was very courteous and professional. He did a fabulous job on our couch. We have 2 kids and 4 animals in our house and the couch looked like brand new when he left. I also forgot to leave a check for the additional services I purchased and Joseph simply emailed me an invoice and let me take care of it that way. I will definitely be using this company for any future cleanings we will need.

We scheduled an appointment to clean a 9x12 area rug from our family room. The first appointment was rescheduled by them 5 minutes before the end of the 2 hour appointment window ... equipment failure (apparently a ruptured pressure hose that had to be repaired). The second appointment was rescheduled by us when it became apparant that they would not arrive until the very end of the two hour appointment window --- stretching the actual work on to interfere with our other plans. The third appointment (purposefully made to be the FIRST appointment of the day) was not kept - at all. THIRTY minutes after the 2 hour appointment window I called to check on them and they had no idea that they were supposed to have been here. Someone dropped the ball and the person I spoke with was completely taken aback (swearing at the mistake-maker under his breath). He did say that he was sorry and that this was their fault. Obviously, I cancelled the work and will have it done elsewhere.

Great! They were on time, very quick, and did a great job cleaning.

Joseph and Matt showed up as expected. They performed the work and provided advise on what additional work would be necessary to make the shower look better. The work was performed efficiently and the two guys did a great job explaining everything they were doing.

They were 30 min. late ,that was ok. they were polite ,etc but the job they did was poor . messy . I could have done that good but I wanted it done well so I thought I was getting a professional. This company might do some things well but this is not one of them.

They didn't replace the caulk up to the window, and there is still a lot of black mildew. When I sent in a complaint, they said I'd need to hire a mold remediation company. However, if it was a remediation situation, they shouldn't have touched my caulk in the first place; it was illegal.

Joseph was very proactive in contacting us to schedule our appointment. The day of service, Phillip called on the way to our house and arrived right on time. I can't say enough nice things about Phillip - he was courteous, gave us feedback right away on what he thought was cleanable and what would not be, and was able to add our rug cleaning to the service although we originally only scheduled the couch and chair. The rug and chair look great already. The couch had a number of stains that we knew wouldn't come out, but we appreciate Phillip's efforts to work on them anyway. We will definitely call this company again, highly recommend.

It was fair. They were prompt. Some of the areas didn't come out when they buffed it and they didn't say anything about it.

They did the work right. It was delayed by a few months because he was busy. I would use them in the future.

went ok, but fumes and dirty water from truck coming thru garage and into house was horrible!

My carpets had lot of stains and had bad smell. This guy did a great job and really cleaned my carpets well and removed almost all stains. Now the carpets look like new and smell great.

Our rug has a lot of traffic in our den. It appeared that I had some track marks after the cleaning and the company cheerfully returned to make sure I was satisfied. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was knowledgeable and concerned that I was happy with the service.

Phillip gave me a 30-minute courtesy call when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was extremely courteous and professional and did a wonderful job cleaning the area rugs. I have a white shag rug that looked really dingy. When he was done, it looked new. These rugs sit on wood floors, and he used a low-moisture method that didn't wet the wood floors. I highly recommend them for rug cleaning, and I plan to use them again to keep my rugs looking new.
