I was scheduled from 10-1; he arrived at exactly 1:00 p.m. He arrived and promptly went to work. Although he did not move any furniture, he was able to remove all the spots that I pointed out to him. He did a good job. I believe it took about an hour or so get it all cleaned and I was pleased with the results.

Came on time and did a great job cleaning carpet and tile. Phillip even got out 3 stains that the 2 previous techs said could not be cleaned. Bought a Big Deal for $89 for 3 rooms and hallway carpet cleaning. Also had them clean and seal tile for appox. 75 sq.ft.

This company is really fantastic and did a brilliant job of cleaning my very special Persian and Indian and Afghani Rugs as well. They also did an amazing job cleaning some linen covered furniture. I would recommend this company to even my most discerning friends. I am already looking forward to having them back.

They guy was about 2 hours late and the rug was probably a b+ job and the upholstery was probably a b-. I would not use them again. They came out in a reasonable time frame but the guy was so late that by the time he came out, it was like 7:30 at night. The price was fine.

Very friendly and professional. Had some really bad stains I thought would never come out but he did an amazing job and carpet looks like new. Will used them again!

This was the most any carpet cleaner had ever spent at my house. Granted it was five rooms to be cleaned. The room with the most stains looks brand-new. I'm in awe of the quality work he provided. The carpet is still drying but the services rendered were defiantly worth every penny spent. I will be a repeat customer.

It was great showed up on time Quickly did job One rug was very dirty, because I have 2 huge white dogs. Rug was very clean and doggy odor was gone. I plan to use this service in the future

Very Good, they advised me of what to do next gave me the name of a reputable plumber and advised me to get a AL refund as the tub was likely going to get junked if it has a crack in the secondary drain pan. Honesty and Integrity - It isn't dead, it is still alive and kicking at Upfront Home Services!

Good, gave good advice versus blocking smoke and taking my money needlessly

There were heavy stains that I expected would be removed even if I had to pay additional, however they were not removed.

I called and it went to vm, they got back to me within 5 minutes to set up my appt. They came on time and it took about 30 minutes. Very friendly guy, I forgot his name! Carpet looks great and it was at a very reasonable price. I also had pets and they added the pet carpet cleaner at no extra charge!

I bought the service through Angie's List deal, and I had to reschedule my appointment due to ongoing painting job. They are responsive and did a good job.

They were very conscientious and timely about it. The product is beneficial, but I would give the product a C and their attitude and hard work an A. It took them less than hour. The Deal was for 300-square feet. I just had them do that much. Their work is excellent. The product, I am not that crazy about. I do not know if it is beneficial.

Phillip was the technician who came out to service our home. He called an hour prior to give me an update and arrived within the promised time window. When he arrived he was very polite (shook my hand) and wanted to know and see what I wanted done. He was very tuned in with attention to detail and took his time to ensure the job was done correctly. He was very informative along the way to ensure once he left there were no questions left unanswered. He was also concerned with ensuring my safety (slipping, fumes), knowing that I was 35 weeks pregnant. There are many carpet cleaning services out there, but it's folks like Phillip that set UpFront Home Services apart from the others. Thanks Phillip for great service!

Shower tile grouting. Match color. Steam clean tile. Caulked seams. They were very neat in their work and profesional

The team that came was very cordial, friendly & professional. They got the job done quickly & I felt confident that my counters were taken care of.

They did a good job at taking out all the stains on the carpet but the dog smell did not go away despite deodorizing it twice, which is 50% of the reason I wanted the carpet cleaned. I had to use a lot of additional products to get the smell to fade. They gave me a good deal on grout cleaning and did an OK job with it.
