It went VERY well. I am an Angie's List member and purchased this service for a friend. The person has been in their home for over 7 years and never had their carpet professionally cleaned. They tried throughout the years (unsuccessfully) to do it themselves. The owner of the home was OVERJOYED with the professionalism, timeliness and pleasant personalities exhibited by the those who performed the service. They shampooed the downstairs of this home this time, but the highly satisfied owner reports he will DEFINITELY call UPFRONT HOME SERVICES back to have the upstairs done!

Went very well. Diagnosed my carpet problem, but seemed to work a miracle even though they stated they could not. Believe me, my carpet is old and worn especially in the hallway and entrances; those areas looked practically brand new when they finished with the cleaning. They threw in my area rug for a little of nothing. I was very pleased! GREAT for the price and GREAT if they had been more expensive!

This was a $99 big deal purchase. I did not see it was worth the money. I did not see any visible results of what they did, but they did what they said they would. They were polite and here on time. They did the work around the same time I purchased the deal.

It looks great! Technician who came was very professional and polite. Knew what he was doing and took his time to make sure it was done right and the spots I had concern with were taken care of.

My home was thoroughly treated from the bedrooms, closets, staircase, media room, and game room. Top-notch work.

I bought a big Deal for 3 areas carpet cleaning and scotch guard protection or $89. The whole process was easy. After buying the deal, i called them and set up an appointment. At the agreed date, they called to inform they would be on the latter half of the agreed time window . They came as informed and and completed the work expeditiously. POST NOTE:I would have given a 5 star for quality (A), but this week my dog PPed on the carpet and to my surprise the scotchguard did not prevent the stain, so 4 star (B) for quality seems right.

It went so well we had him return the next morning to clean and seal all the grout to the tile floors as well.

We have had some unhappy carpet cleaning experiences in the past so there was some concern about the possible outcomes. Upfront was excellent, actually the best carpet service we have ever had. The gentleman who provided the service was courteous, professional and extremely thorough. We will definitely use Upfront again and are happy to recommend them to others.

I purchased a deal through Angies List. They responded immediately and were wonderful on scheduling an appointment We were awaiting the birth of a grandchild so time was of the essence, An appointment was scheduled but when an earlier opening came up, they called to see if I wanted it. I was thrilled! One bedroom was very dirty and the robo something was recommended. I agreed to it, it was used but the carpet was still wet 3 days later!! The carpet in the other 2 bedrooms looked good after they left and was dry the next morning.

They did a good job, we would re-hire them.

Joseph of Upfront was very prompt at contacting us to schedule the appointment. The operator, Phillip, while professional and courteous, arrived very late and was obviously rushed to complete this job as he had yet another one he had to get to. He went through the house so quickly that we had our doubts as to just clean the carpeting really got. Heck, I couldn't have vacuumed the entire house in the little time it took him to shampoo it! The carpeting was left so wet that it took over two days to dry in many areas. Once the carpeting had a chance to dry, we noticed striped marks in the carpet. We weren't concerned, just figuring they were markings left behind by the stroking motion Phillip used with his equipment and that they would disappear once I vacuumed. When I vacuumed, however, I noticed they were definite stripes ... alternating clean and dirty. I contacted Joseph about the issue and, after documenting the problem with photographs, he agreed to send someone back out. I stressed how important it was that this be done asap as we had an open house scheduled. Five days passed without any further contact from Upfront. It was only after I contacted Joseph again, that he scheduled for Phillip to return. Phillip redid the areas I pointed out to him. He was puzzled by them and said he didn't understand how it could have happened. The newly done areas looked wonderful, much better than the rest of the house ... proving to us that those areas were not as clean as they should be. When I thanked Joseph for sending Phillip back out, letting him know how much nicer those areas looked and suggested that, perhaps, in the future he should allow his technicians more time to do a job properly Joseph 1) did not bother offering to finish cleaning the other areas and 2) chose to take my suggestion as an insult and stated: " I appreciate your criticism, however in no way do we rush our technicians. All jobs that are performed are done with care and we do take our time. There just happen to be some carpets that require a Rotovac treatment vs Standard wanding. This is something that we will discuss with Phillip and make sure he makes customers aware of the Rotovac option for especially dirty carpet." Joseph should have spoken with his technician, Phillip, before accusing us of having "especially dirty carpet", as when Phillip was here he stated to us that in all his 16/17 years in the carpet cleaning business he had only once seen a similarly clean carpet. One final note, most carpet cleaning companies protect furniture legs and place small pads under them to keep the moisture away. Upfront does not do this. The technician shampooed around the legs, leaving small areas of carpet uncleaned and without providing any protection barrier so moisture can wick its way into the wood furniture. .

Went great. I have reviewed these folks before and am still impressed. Showed up on time and provided the service as expected.

The service was excellent. Philip showed up at the time that was promised and was very professional. The job was done late in the afternoon and he went to work as if I was his first job of the day. Very happy I chose not to do this myself.

Great--provider took a lot of time to clean all the pet hair off our sofa, which was no small task. We will definitely contact them in the future to help us keep our sofas clean.

Scheduling was easy. They arrived promptly and completed the job quickly. Great job.

Our couch and loveseat needed a good cleaning. I have been using Febreze and Zorb fabric powder that came with our Dyson for routine maintenance but knew it was time for a professional cleaning. UpFront Home Services provided an excellent special so I decided to take advantage. UpFront provided excellent customer service. A great company that arrives on time and met our expectations. The technician was respectful of our things & time, hard-working, and very friendly. No complaints at all! We will use Upfront again soon!

I was charged but no work was performed. We are due a refund for the charge to our credit card.

They arrived on time. Polished the countertops and then sealed them. Good thing I had moved everything off of them and cleaned them off as they immediately started with the electric polisher.

They are really good. I have already used them and I will use them again. I will refer them; the guy was super-nice.
