This was a big deal purchase. We were not happy; we were not please with it. Basically, on the rug they cleaned, we could see that they did some cleaning on it and they advertise for an oriental rug. The stains are at least as bad as they were. Basically they didn't get any of the stains out. They were good about picking it up and dropping it off, we were pleased with that. But, the ultimate result was that they did not get the rug very clean at all. They were very nice and friendly, but the ultimate result was that they did not get the rug very clean. The gentleman who picked it up and dropped it off was very good, congenial and professional. It may just be that these are stains they can't get out, I don't know. We were hoping for a better result. I thought their punctuality was good. I kind of expected them to follow up. I told the guy when he dropped the rug off that we were not happy with the result.

Purchased a deal and received a call to schedule the next day. I set an appointment for pick up and they were early. Picked up my rugs and delivered them back in one week. I have two dogs and they look and smell great! Very courteous and prompt driver. Although I didn't shop around, the price seemed fair and reasonable. I would use them again.

The guy that came out to clean the grout on my floors was a really nice guy, he was very professional and knew what he was doing. I decided to let him clean the grout on the counter tops also and he helped me move stuff out of the way. Even though the process looked really messy at the beginning, the guy kept everything wiped up to help keep the mess at a minimum. The grout was sealed and looks really good now, I'm completely satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks, Cindy U.

Came to the home with one person. I had to help load the rug into his truck as it was too large for one person to move. Confusion on day that had been set to return the rugs. We expected the rugs to be returned on a Saturday morning but they had misread my text message and thought the date had been set for the next week. Rugs had been cleaned, but not cleaned that well. Dog hair remained on the rugs and fringes (which had come back gleaming white when cleaned at our previous home) were not as clean as we expected. I suppose you get what you pay for. The price via Angie's List deal was very good, but next time we will try someone else.

It smelled and felt different than i thought it would be. He was professional and quick but thorough. I appreciated his punctuality and though I won't have carpet in my new house...i would definitely recommend Upfront to everyone.

They did a great job.One of the areas they cleaned had some very bad pet stains and all of them were completely removed.I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Carpets looked really good after and the wood floors shined like they hadn't in quite some time! their prices are very reasonable and I could tell they cared about doing a good job.

We have used UpFront for carpet cleaning in the past and this is the first time we used them for carpet repair, and the carpet looks like new. Every time the company is very responsive to calls and emails within a short period of time. They are also very dependable, showing up at the time that they say they are going to, and I can count on them doing an excellent job. With pets and kids, we have used carpet services numerous times over the years, yet I have never been so consistently pleased with the work as I have been with UpFront and frequently refer my friends and family to them.

Very nice, overall they did a great job - even spent extra time on some problem areas. They made sure I was happy before they left. Would recommend.

It was terrible. They came here the first time and my carpet is off white and it really looked good except for some traffic areas and after he left it was a holiday and I thought maybe I needed to vacuum it out which I did several times and then after the holidays. I told them something is wrong with my carpet and he sent the guy over and when the guy came the first time he was behind schedule, he was rushed and he said it would take about an hour because I have like seven rooms of carpet and it took him 30 minutes. When he left my carpet was so soaked and it took over two days to dry.

We never arranged a time, and it was not their fault. Just never did it due to difficulties with the cleaning method needed.

This was a big deal purchase. They came a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal. I am kind of mixed on this one because I really liked the service techs that came in. They were very helpful and attentive. We talked about a few other things he needed to do. They were very good representatives of their company. But the carpet cleaning itself stayed wet for about six hours after it was through. That it was my only complaint. When I say wet, the carpet was not just a little damp, it was fairly wet. It was the next day before we could go up there without there being any dampness on our socks at all. It was no fault of the techs, it was just the type of carpet cleaning solution that was used by the company itself. I am undecided as to whether I will use them in the future or not, but I probably will give them a second chance. This is due mainly to the one technician that was very good.

This was a $149 big deal service. I don't recall much. I was not at home at the time, someone else was home to greet them. I thought they had a better deal after I had bought mine that was a little better. I called to ask them if they would change it or transfer it because it was literally a day after I had done mine, but they didn't. I wasn't really pleased about that. The quality of work was okay. I had them come because I was having a wedding.

Overall this was a top notch service. The man they sent was respectful and nice and easy to talk to and work with. The deal I had was for several rooms, considering the size of our home I was glad they were willing to accommodate within the deal. They did all the rooms that were asked for and did a nice job. My only very small issue was I wish they would have done 1 more pass of sucking up the water as once they were done my carpets remained wet for a long time, when I clean my own carpets they do not remain as wet as long. However that was a small price to pay (and not unusual for commercial cleaners), they overall did a great job.

Very happy with this company. Joey was very responsive with all questions. They were very polite, punctual and professional. They confirmed appointment prior to coming. They cleaned 5 rooms and my large sectional. Moved furniture out of the way. They did an excellent job! Will definitely use them again.

This company was very professional. They were able to schedule my Angie's deal promptly and notified me when they were on their way. Their tech was very curteous and did a great job cleaning the carpets. He also cleaned a chair for me for $30. The best part of this experience came after the service was performed. My chair had tea spilled on it by my son one day after it was cleaned. I called upfront and they very kindly agreed to come out and take care of it for me again for a very nominal charge. The customer service is excellent and I will not hesitate to use them again and refer them to my friends.

Vendor was responsive in communicating through email and phone. He was on time and courteous. He did a great job!

Service man advised us the cost of repair would be as much as a new washer and dryer. We decided to not repair and use the units until they go out and get new ones. We certainly appreciate his honesty about the cost and how he would repair. We will use them again if we have appliance issues. He was also prompt and professional. He was here at the time he said he would be and I appreciate that.

On 1/6/2016 the first guy showed up, but only stayed a few min., said he did not have the right stuff to do the job. (one day of waiting down the drain) On 1/7/2016 the second guy came, and had the same brush and extensions as the first guy. (another day of waiting down the drain) The second guy went to work with the brush, extra sections of rods and a drill motor. He must have cleaned out the lint in the vent tube for the dryer, or should I say that he pushed the lint down the vent tube near where it hooks up to the dryer. He did pull some lint out of the vent tube by hand, and then used a vacuum to clean up the mess on the floor. I don't know if he stuck the hose up the vent tube or not. He put the short section of vent hose back on the dryer and to the main vent. A few hours later we used the dryer, and it would not dry the clothes, plus it smelled funny. I pulled the washer out to get to the dryer vent, and the hose that goes to the dryer was just sitting on the floor. I found that the hose end that goes to the dryer would not stay on, so I fixed that, and we tried to dry clothes again, still no luck. Pulled the washer out again for dryer vent access, got a yard blower, stuck it in vent tube, and duck taped the two together. Turned on the yard blower, went outside to check the exhaust for the vent, and it looked like a popcorn machine had exploded on my roof. All the lint they had shoved down the vent tube came blowing out from the force of the yard blower that was down by the dryer. Now the dryer works fine. The only problem is that I paid them to clean out the vent, and all they did was plug it up so I had to do the job myself. The main reason I had somebody else do the job is because I had a double hernia operation a few weeks ago, and was told by the doctor not to do any heavy lifting until the doctor says its OK. I think that I got a royal screwing, and I should get a refund! A week has gone by now, and everything has been resolved. Mr. Pais of Upfront has shown me that he really does care about his customers, and will do everything that he can to make them happy. I did not even have to ask for a refund, he just offered it to me himself. I am sure that Upfront is a great company to work with, and I also think that they will work just that much harder to make sure everything goes right in the future. Thank you.
