Great customer service, easy on line schedule. Fast service and my carpet was dry in less than 5 Hours

The gentleman that came out was very professional and honest. Some of my grout had darkened with dirt and mold but it was not a severe case. He warned me that the grout would not come completely clean. He said I could get it regrouted. He also didn't recommend getting sealant because it is water based and would not last. He also told me that the colored sealant would chip off and not look good. He wasn't sure if he could use the acid cleaner on the glass tile on the wall so he just used alkaline. The grout was cleaner but he stated that there was still old sealant on it that I would have to get off myself. He also recommended that I call to get the shower recaulked. He was very honest, which I appreciated, but I probably should have declined the service and gotten a refund from Angie's List.

They did a great job. After removing the buckling and cleaning the carpets, they looked great. After the serviceman left I noticed an area that still had some buckling. I contacted Joe at Upfront via email and he responded immediately. He advised me to wait until the carpets had dried as there is sometimes some buckling when the carpets are wet which go away as the carpet dries and stretches. The next day I still could see some buckling and contacted Joe. He had the servicemen call and he came out the same day and remedied the issue. I really appreciated the quick responses from both Joe and Rey. I would definitely use this company again. The cost below includes the original $89 offer plus the additional charges to fix the carpets

He was very professional. He was very trustworthy, reliable, and friendly. He moved the furniture when he didn't have to; he even did an extra area. Overall, we were very comfortable having him do service in our home.

Got our carpet cleaned before moving out. Called ahead of time. The owner of the property contacted us a week later very pleased with how clean the carpets were so I would say he did a good job.

Fantastic!!!, the folks were prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job. I will definitely call upon them again. As a matter of fact, I will be scheduling for regular service every 90 days. We've used several other companies in the past, and UpFront is by far the best. Carpets not only looked clean, but felt clean on bare feet!

Grout, tile and carpet cleaner, Philip, did a great job in the shower, living room and kitchen--the tile looked MUCH better after he was done, completely clean of the previous mold in the shower and grease/dirt in the grout around the kitchen cooktop. The first caulker did not do a very good job in the shower, but the Up Front owner, Joseph, personally came and redid the shower caulking. Minor nit: the caulk he used on the glass door frame does not exactly match the color or texture of the lighter sanded caulk in the rest of the shower. But this is not very noticeable unless you look for it, and overall the shower looks much better.

Phillip was very professional. Timely arrival which was greatly appreciated. Phillip moved all the furniture himself to clean under the sofas and TV stands. I will definitely use them again.

This service went well. Technician was on-time and professional. The technician was very up front with us about carpet. He was quick and efficient.

This was a big deal purchase. It was fine. I thought they did okay -- they didn't totally clean everything. I thought it did a deep clean, but not, like, an extremely deep clean. There were still, like, some spots on the floor.

Everything went really well - from setting up the appointment to the actual service. The tech arrived on time and got straight to work. He was very respectful of my home and very friendly. I was very pleased with the cleaning of the carpet and area rug. I would hire again.

Very good overall, though a couple tough stains are still coming back through on the bedroom carpeting.
