The service person was a little late, but called to let me know he was on his way. I already had the counter cleared, so he brought his "kit" in an got right to work. It was completed quickly and he made sure I knew not to place anything wet on it for 24 hours. The counter looks great and I am very pleased with the work. I will use the company again for this and other tile cleaning.

I had to leave because I had to go back to work. They did more than expected, including moving my furniture for me which I didn't expected. My carpet is off-white. Because of the color, I can't use just anyone with cheap chemicals. That's the only company I would use.

Carpet cleaning was a notch above what j could have done with a rental. I was told that they couldn't clean certain areas because I had used a certain cleaning agent for touch up jobs. If they were to clean them it would be I believe an extra $ 150 dollars. I've had cleaning done by them before and other companies having used the same spot cleaner and have never heard such. Nothing was moved even though the deal includes the movement of light furniture. Cleaning guy had no qualms about beating up my plants. When I had finally had enough and spoke up about him dragging his hoses over my outdoor plants his reply was that he's been doing his job for 17 years. In what I feel was an attempt to appease me , he mentioned that he had done me a favor by cleaning my 2 very small hallways for free - they are usually $80 bucks.a pop. Ridiculous especially considering that I wasn't told about the fee "up front" as I pointed out the areas I wanted cleaned. You get what you pay for in all things. Considering the extra charges , these guys are really no cheaper than the big box companies.

I had hoped for a little better finish on the freshly cleaned granite. It still seemed a little hazy after cleaning and sealing.

This is the second time I have used them. They were fine. The first time I used them was in March.

I've always been the type to just rent a rug doctor because i was hesitant to pay any of the carpet cleaning companies because I've heard horror stories about pricing, hidden costs, and poor service. After 4 years with pets and now a young baby walking and crawling all over the place I accepted the fact that I needed to call in the pros. A friend recommended me to Up Front and wow...I could not imagine being more satisfied than I am with how things went. They were super easy to deal with as far as estimates and communication. Phillip was our tech and I've honestly never worked with a more honest, hard-working, professional, and pleasant person. The carpets and tile haven't looked and smelled this good since the day we moved into our home four years ago. He was incredibly thorough...more than I expected anyone to be. He scrubbed our carpets, tile, and grout until he thought it was clean...and then he did it some more. When it came time to pay I honestly felt like they could have charged me a lot more given the amount of work and the incredible results. I will absolutely have Phillip out regularly to keep our floors looking and smelling their best. Please feel confident supporting this wonderful local business. They do things the right way...honestly...blown away. Thank you Phillip!!

It went well. He advised us of some stains that weren't going to come out before he even attempted. They were from where tenants had spilled something. They did a good job, though.

A+++ We needed the carpets in the entire house cleaned because we just moved out. I was notified the day before my scheduled service who my technician would be and was given a 3 hour window of his arrival time. The technician called me at the very beginning of that window and let me know he was on his way. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very polite and professional. He worked quickly and cleaned the entire house in about 1.5 hours. The floors look great! Even the high traffic areas look so much better-- better than I thought they could look again for aged carpeting. He also removed a stain that I didn't think could be entirely removed. I highly recommend UpFront for carpet cleaning! They did a fantastic job!!!

They were okay. They were fine, there only problem was that they said it was going to dry a lot quicker and even with all the fans on in the house and everything it just took so long to dry but overall they were fine.

Arrived on time and didn't linger over the job. I had to reschedule the day and that wasn't a problem.
