They didn't move the furniture to do the carpet cleaning. Nothing had been moved. They cleaned around everything. They came about a week after I paid for it.

I was very pleased with this carpet cleaning service. They were very professional. Phillip was our service provider and he was wonderful. Very professional and polite, did a great and thorough job. Will use again.

The work was fine. I don't have anything to judge it by. I was happy with it, I don't have any complaints. Overall experience, it was satisfactory. I was surprise that they didn't move any furniture at all. They said they would move white furniture. They went around everything. So far of cleaning the carpet, it was ok. I don't have anything to judge against. I am not an housekeeper. They were punctual and polite, business like. The workers were more than satisfactory.

I was disappointed. The stains on my carpets were pre-treated, but after that no extra attention was given to the stains. The technician spent about 20-25 total minutes cleaning 4 rooms and a hallway. After my carpets dried, I used Resolve Carpet Cleaner and removed the remaining stains myself

Everything from the 1st call to schedule to having the furniture cleaned went perfectly. I highly recommend this company!!!

He cleaned the tile and removed the old caulking and re caulked it but said the add did not cover sealing tile and grout. I checked the add later and it was for Cleaning & Sealing of Tile and Grout. So I ended up buying the sealer and doing it myself.

It went very well. I had the work done right before the Christmas holidays so the technicians had to work around my Christmas tree (moving it a little at one point, to clean that area). They did not rush the job. They took their time and made sure the work that was done would be acceptable.

It was quick and clean. No problem.

Waited three hours for the first appointment but did not show so I called to reschedule. Second timeframe worked but had to return another day to seal tile shower. Had trouble with equipment and another couple of hours went by for the second appointment. Finally called and cancelled shower sealing appointment for good!

I want here but my mom[s caregiver was. There was furniture that the previous carpet cleaners had moved to clean then left on styro blocks, these guys just cleaned around them. If there is anext time i will make sure I am here.

Did a great job and consecrated on high traffic areas.

Phillip was awesome. The carpets were dry in several hours and looked brand new. I was amazed. I have paid 2 as much for well known carpet cleaners and Upfront did a much better job.

Awesome job. Philip commented that while my granite counter-tops were in excellent condition he could tell it had not been sealed. He cleaned my counter-tops and applied the sealant and advised us not to touch the counters for 24 hours for the sealant to bond to the granite. Our counter tops are shiny like they were brand new. Definitely will use them again especially if they offer another angles list discount.

The technician was professional and personable. (I want the same guy back next time but I didn't get his name! ) The cleaning job was perfect! No quibbling or extra charges tacked on after he got here.

See pictures. before : condition of the tiles prior to hiring them after 1, 2 & 3 : condition of the tiles after they cleaned and re-caulked result worse than before, I asked them to correct with different caulk color. correction 1 & 2 : condition of the tiles after they corrected, even worse. secured 40% refund. new contractor 1 & 2 : condition of the tiles after I hired a new contractor to do the job. Satisfied.

great, very good and professional, worked extra to get spots out.

They did a nice job and got good price with an Angie special; only problem was that a section around the sink could not be cleaned because polishing couldn't restore the luster. Was advised that they didn't have the honing equipment required and suggested another service that might be able to help.

Went well however arrived 3 hours late.

It went very well. Mr. Rey Teves was profession and did a great job.

Excellent communication and work in all respects. I would not hesitate to use them again.
