They always do an excellent job. They come out when they say the will. They have removed stains that other providers said couldn't be removed. They were here 45-60 minutes.

UHS showed up on time and completed the job in 2 hours. The job was an Angie’s List promotion. The only sign they were there was the clean grout.

They made a lot of excuses why they couldn't clean our shower unless we paid more to regrout. It didn't look any cleaner really. We were super unimpressed. We paid more expecting a massive referring but for almost $200 more they just put a bead of new grout around the bottom and wanted to leave in a hurry. The tech washed his hands in our sink leaving a mess of grout that clogged it.

Great job of cleaning - he went over trouble spots several times to make sure they were cleaned.

Best experience we have EVER had with a carpet cleaning service. I get my carpets cleaned at least once a year, usually two times a year. This time we issues with pet stains. Joey arrive on schedule and did exactly (well, more than expected) what we asked. I was so worried about the stains, but it is dry now and it looks beautiful. The price was right, and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for a great experience!

The countertops look great, however the areas around the work weren't prepared resulting in splatter over my hardwood floors.

Philip was very prompt. Worked hard to fit us in his schedule on the day we needed. Totally professional, very friendly. Communication was great and we couldn't be more pleased with the work. Would definitely hire again

We called and scheduled an appointment two times; the first time the technician said we wouldn’t be able to use our bathroom for 3+ days; since we only have one bathroom, this was not going to be feasible so we rescheduled. We scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment that was the only time window they had on their website; the technician calls the day of and says I’m going to be 50 minutes late, but I have a three hour time window. Nowhere was that communicated; he said we could reschedule, however since we planned a trip to leave the house for three days, that was not going to be an option, even further he was not willing to work w/in the said time window to come back at a later time. When I spoke to his manager, he yelled at me on the phone and told me to go ahead and call Angie’s list to cancel and get my money back because he was done addressing the issue. Do not ever use this service; as they are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met

We got a $99 deal on Angie's List for 3 rooms + hallway carpet cleaning. Our carpeted area turned out to be larger than that so we were charged an additional $120, which was still very reasonable. The kitchen counter cleaning and sealing cost $99. The owner, Joseph, contacted us immediately and kept in touch by email, answering all of our questions promptly. The technician, Philip, arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He immediately got to work and finished the job within a few hours. The shampoo unit is in a truck and the only thing that comes in the house is a small hose (water?) and a larger hose (shampoo? suction?). There was nothing inconvenient, no machines carried into the house. They did need to hook up to an outside water hose, but that was no problem. Our carpet and granite look great! Would def. recommend and would use them again. We are going to have them clean our oriental carpets at a later date.

Good cleaning but was unable to clean let hair which was a main concern. Wish I had known that before. But otherwise, they did a great job!

My tile looks like it did beforehand. The corner grout was redone. The deal I purchased was $99. They ran my card for more than $135.

They did a great job. He was here he did a good job. He sprayed for dogs, because I have 2 dogs. I was very satisfied with what he did. I have been very satisfied with anybody I get through Angie's list. I thought the price was excellent.

The job went very well. The crew arrived on time, explained to me what they would be doing and the lead gentleman expressed upfront that due to the color of the grout on our flooring, that a significant change in the appearance would not occur. That proved to be true; what I did gain was a clean floor with resealed grout lines.

I heard back from them right away, very responsive. Sergio was professional, on time and was able to remove the spots in our carpets. While he was there I also hired them to take four oriental rugs and clean them. They were returned after @7 days and we were pleased with the results. When he returned the rugs he did not hesitate to re-treat a couple of spots that had surfaced in the carpet. I would hire them again and do recommend them.

I really liked that. I used them one time, they were great. I would use them again. I have a lot of tile, but they did all of my carpet. I would use them again.

It went very well. Ray, the tech, was very friendly and did a nice job. He was punctual and did call once to say he was running a little late. He always let us know when he was on his way.

He arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently.
