Extremely pleased with entire service. Scheduling was accomplished easily via their website. The service rep arrived promptly, as scheduled, and i even received a text message when he was on the way. Sergio, the service rep, explained the cleaning process and then completed three rooms of carpet cleaning very efficiently. He was very professional and trustworthy, and careful not to damage any furniture during the process. The carpet cleaning worked superbly, and definitely exceeded my expectations. We have an infant and our carpet was stained by spitups in many places. Sergio was very honest and advised in advance the stains may not come out completely (I really didn't expect the stains to come out much at all), but they cleaned up amazingly well. I was expecting to have to replace our carpets soon but they look great now so I can definitely get extra life from them. Very pleased and will use this service again to keep the carpets looking their best. Highly recommend.

Arrived on time. Very polite. Work was quick and thorough.

All went great. Technician was on time and professional. I suffer from migraines, so technician informed me that the deodorizer had a strong scent and we opted not to use it. But the carpets look great. We were also able to add an extra room, no problem.

Fast....very fast. Not sure if it could have been done more thorough if taken the time. But it appears clean for the most part. Found some things that should have been picked up by the vacuum if nothing else.

Basically said he couldn't clean anything. My shower is only 4 years old so still in very good condition. Just used a steamer on tile.

The operator was plaqued with equipment failures which in in turn caused him to be delayed. Cancelled the grout sealing since the technician would delay coming another day.

Extremely well. Phillip was on time, very professional and did an excellent job. I prepaid for 50 square feet but did an additional 27.

But as per the service provider, I don't need a grout cleaning at all. I just want to give them a rating for being honest. There is no work performed.

They were very responsive and I was able to schedule my appointment through the Angie's List Messenger. They cleaned the carpet and sprayed the Pet Odor remover in 6 rooms, 2 hallways and the stairs. They arrived on time and were done in under 2 hours. It was a very pleasant experience. I've used other carpet cleaners in the past and the cost always ends up being double (or more) than they advertised. UpFront Home was completely transparent about their pricing and there were no surprises. I'm very happy with their services and will be using them again in the future.

The repair man would not schedule a time period from 2-5 as I was told he would. The shower looks as though an amateur cleaned it and the shower pan is still dirty

They did a great job cleaning my dirty, stained carpets. The house smelled fresh and new.

That one was interesting. What ever chemical they used on the floor, we have these dark but not really dark. We have brand new almost in this kitchen because we just built this house. What ever chemical they used they didn't wipe it up well from the shoe molding on the bottom. So all the stuff is peeling off and now we are going to have it replaced. Now that my cabinet shoe molding all has to be replaced they are going to get an F for not cleaning off the stuff off the molding well. The price was good obviously, but now that I have to replace the shoe molding, it kinda like okay it gonna be a lot more expensive than that. They need to learn to clean that stuff off. If it get on any kind of shoe molding, they need to wipe that down really well.

We kicked our service guy out before it got too far. We felt like he was scamming us. His appearance and behavior was unprofessional and his van was completely unorganized and overloaded.

Tile and grout not cleaned to my satisfaction. No material difference in granite.

Phillip arrived early & went right to work. He did an excellent job. An added bonus: he was an absolute delight to talk to. Very nice man, very professional and very thorough in his work. I will definitely use again & highly recommend!

Although the service person was polite and informative, he explained that he would only wipe off the area of granite (which was not dirty or stained) and then wipe on a liquid seal, he did nothing that I could, and would have, done. He said he was only doing what his boss instructed and that polishing was impossible. I spent almost 100.00 for absolutely Nothing!

I was pleased with the result of the cleaning, and I appreciated the technician's courtesy and his knowledge of different types of carpeting and their care requirements.
