Description of Work: I had the tile and grout cleaned in the kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room. The young man called ahead to let me know I was next. Did an excellent job. I will b using them again.

Description of Work: While he was very thorough, the extraction wand redeposited the dirt. There were stains upstairs we discussed that were not removed. When I spoke with him he indicated he would come back out but we have not connected since.

Description of Work: Tile and grout cleaning and recaulking - on time, courteous and very neat. Unfortunately they confirmed that this service wasn't likely to fix our water leak - that would take a retile job most likely.

Description of Work: Caulked tub and shower area and around toilet. They were fast and completed work as asked. After they left I notice several areas that they did not clean up.

Description of Work: They are coming out today to finish the work....so far, very satisfied with their work....The cleaned our tile and glazed it...looks great...today (Sunday) they are coming out to apply some grout to areas that are necessary. So far, very pleased with their work. They were more than willing to work with us as to when the work would be done.

Description of Work: Cleaned and recaulked shower enclosure. In and out in less than an hour - not sure whether that's good or bad, but shower looks a whole lot better.

Description of Work: I gave them a tip of $20.00 before looking at the bath. I paid a total of $169.00 for a job that should have not cost over $50.00. Then they would owe me for the mess they made. The service was supposed to be for bathtub re-caulking, tile and Grout cleaning. They did the re-caulking. Very messy. Tile and Grout has strike all down it. Very messy. |I live in an apt and could have gotten it done much better from the folks here free of charge. I can take pictures. Guys were friendly enough, but very bad at there jobs. I talked to them about cleaning my carpet, but after inspecting the bath there is no way I will ever let them in my house again. This doesn't look very good for Angie's list either. Because I do spread the word on FB.

Description of Work: They cleaned the grouting in the bathroom on the floor and the shower walls. I kind of thought they would do it all like around the bathtub. Perhaps I misunderstood. I have no idea as to which month they were here, sometime early this year.
