We hired this company to paint and convert a closet into a tv nook. At first, it sounded too good to be true. He gave us a reasonable price to convert a closet into a tv nook, paint the entire interior of the house, remove the security systems, change two closet doors, change the outlet and outlet covers to white, and change out the vents covers. We checked on the house a couple of times throughout the project, but unfortunately was not able to do a final walkthrough at the end because my husband and I winded up getting COVID, so we had a family member do it. When my husband and I were finally able to see the house, we noticed the paint job was done in a sloppy manner. There were paint marks on the fireplace, cabinets, bathroom floor, and carpet. They only changed the outlet covers and not the outlets, and they did not even finish painting the stairs. They also did not change the closet doors. We were so annoyed and did not want them coming back to the house, that we winded up hiring a contractor that a family member recommended. It was not until after the second contractor finished when we noticed that these guys did not even finish painting the upstairs hallway. They had primed it but did not actually paint it. You cannot really tell unless you look really closely, but when you do see it you can see the old paint bleeding through. At this point, we did not see a reason to contact them to tell them what we discovered as it had already been two weeks after the fact. The only good thing about this company is that the owner is very responsive. But that does not help when the quality of work is so poor.
