Left request Sunday evening and they contacted me on Monday morning. Since this was an unexpected issue and one of the last things to finish before putting house up for sale, time is important. Mentioned this to Bijay and he came by at 1:00pm MONDAY afternoon. Did his inspection and gave several options to fix the problem and recommended a contractor at our request. Great service!

We had go to through few drafts before I get the final product, but they were professional and I received a high quality report for my remodeling idea at the end.

Bijay was prompt, professional and personable. I had to get an inspection done quick due to a home closing dependent on it. I called him on a Tuesday evening at 5 pm and he moved appointments around to be able to show up at 10 am Wednesday. I received the report by Wednesday at 1 pm. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything very easily. Showed up on time. Explained everything in plain English. Listened carefully and answered all questions. Very professional.

Hired to assess structural make up of a wall in our house. Employee was very nice and showed up when scheduled but wasn't clear on what was being provided for the $300 fee. I was expecting a report but only got a hand drawing of the beams in the wall and what would need to be done in the ceiling to transfer the load. Hand drawing could never of been used to actually do the work.

They were quick to return my request and were scheduled for a visit within a couple days. They made an assessment and got me a report right away. I would definitely call again, if I needed another assessment.

I met with Bijay today to get a proposal for a project I wish to do in The Woodlands. He was very professional and responsive in getting it over to me. I plan to utilize this company for my Structural Design.

Bijay and his associate came over to my home to inspect foundation damage and make some recommendations regarding the repair and prevention of foundation issues. They went over my home with a fine tooth comb, were very sharp, proficient, and explained everything in terms anyone could understand. If you need a structural Engineer, this is the company to call!

Very responsive and professional. Performed a thorough evaluation of our home structural problem, explained his findings/recommendations, and answered all our questions. Since the evaluation was in support of a warranty claim, we needed more photos clearly documenting the problems observed in his report. The engineer added additional photos and detail to his report and we are very happy with the final product. We would certainly use FIF Engineering in the future and gladly recommend them to others.
