Bijay was great! He came out to inspect our home and project before taking on the job and was very friendly and helpful. He turned things around quickly and was accommodating. FIF drafted and stamped a few structural drawings for our City of Houston permit application and we now have a permit. He also offered to come out and talk to any inspectors if there is any problem in the building process. Top class gentleman!

Bijay was very professional. I called for this service to check my foundation. Bijay checked all the structure of the house. He explained the problem areas with my house where I could understand. He gave his thoughts on how much the repairs would cost and is sending a complete report for structural issues I am having or may be having in the future. The report will save me thousands of dollars.

He knew now only how to handle the analysis but how to prepare a report for review by the insurance company. Have already recommended him to other individuals.

I paid 500 dollars. He wrote a report that simply said pool was leaking- but it wasn't when we tested it. He was super nice ,and wanted to please. Offered to come back and look at the foundation again, or even refund my money. So, he is trying. I just didn't feel like he was super experienced or thorough.

Bijay with FIF Engineering is a professional. After Harvey I had some questions about the stability of a wall. He came back the next week to evaluate the slab. Before you jump on the bandwagon of all the people out there that see you as a money train when it comes to foundations please get your structural engineer report from FIF.
