The engineers were very thorough. I sent an inquiry at 10pm one night and Bijay called the next morning saying that he had availability to take a look at my home. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Very nice on visit. I liked their professional take on work,BUT came FRIDAY afternoon before Spring Break. Said I would have suggested plans by Tuesday of Spring Break week. Leaving for vacation Saturday after inspection!!! 10 days later have still never received recommendations. Looks like I paid for gas to drive here and about an hour of their time--- didn't get much for my money.

Very nice and knowledgeable. We were thinking we had a major issue. He told us we did not and told us what it actually was and how to get it done.

He did minimally what was expected of him. Report was just barely on time and in need of heavy editing. Seemed to use a template and just simply add in the parts about any particular structure. For example, he gave us a report for a different house intitially that had our address on it. We told him we don’t have a chimney. He then gives us a new report that’s writing identically just about our structure. He did the job we asked him to, but lacks in some aspect of professionalism (having correct equipment for inspection, etc.) A major plus is he was willing to work with odd hours and Sundays.

Bijay was responsive, friendly, and helpful. I needed engineering drawings for a support beam. He answered questions for contractor too.
