They did a great job. They were able to remove pet stains. They completed the job in a timely manner. Everything was fine.

They came out on sunday to fix my schedule. Beside cleaning the carpet, they also patched a hole in the middle of the room. They did a good job overall.

Excellent job. Picked the carpets up as scheduled and returned them as scheduled. Very timely and great end results.

It was a very cut and dried simple process. Only complaint was that the man returning the five carpets and runners tried to bring them in the house altogether and kcocked over my wife's flower pots spilling soil over the front slab into the house and he did not clean up the mess.

Punctual, professional, pleasant. Backing was a little dusty when rug was returned, otherwise very happy with services

It was very good for the money, the guy was here very promptly, it was done in about 45 minutes to an hour and some of the areas of the rugs are pretty dirty and he cleaned them up good. It was a good value. We've had a few who came that after things had all dried out, they're still dirty. He was very good for a budget rug cleaner and he also put an anti-stain material on the rugs. It's about a week later that he came because I think he got pretty busy with the offers but it was very reasonable.

They came on time, called before they arrived and did a good job. Can't ask for better than that!

S.W.A.T was wonderful! The technician was on time and very personable and professional. My carpet looks brand new. I have two young boys and a dog who are very rough on our carpet. Now it looks pristine! I would definitely recommend this company. It is the best company I have used. Their prices are very affordable as well. I'm very glad I purchased their Angie's List Deal. I asked their regular prices and they are excellent, so even without a deal, I will definitely use them again.

He braved the ice storm to get here and it went very well. He cleaned the carpets very effectively.

After purchasing the deal, they emailed me through Angie’s List asking for my phone number, but I did not see it. I had thought that they had not gotten back with me. There was a little problem with communication but I am unsure where the fault came from. After resolving this issue, I thought they were very nice and responsive. They came and picked up the rug. They returned it in about a week when were we able to schedule for someone to be home for the delivery. It turned out pretty well. I was happy to get the work done at a good price.

They did an excellent job! They got up spots in areas that I did not think would come clean. I had a special pricing "deal" with them, but would have happily paid full price for the work they did.

The rugs turned out looking good, and I liked that they do pick and delivery. I requested service the week before Christmas so it took a little while to get back to me, but it was worth the wait.

The cleaner came on time and he did a great job on the carpet. Scheduling went well and everything went accordingly. He was very courteous. He was professional and well groomed. It took him about an hour and a half to complete the work. I was happy with the results.

The folks at S.W.A.T. did a fantastic job of cleaning an oriental style rug that had not been cleaned in 10 years. They came to my house and picked the rug up when they said they would. The rug was returned two days later looking almost brand new. What an improvement the cleaned rug makes to our living room. I will use their services again in the future.

Second time I have used SWAT and happy as can be, they do a great job. Arrived on time and ready to do the work. He worked in small sections at a time with good overlap. He didn't rush, took his time to do it right. Good people doing good work!!

The company told me they would be here today between 4 and 6 p.m. Roger rang the bell at 4:15. I showed him where to go and he told me it would take approximately 45 minutes. It took exactly 45 minutes. Once he was done, he cleaned up his hoses and left no mess anywhere he had been. The carpet looked fabulous! He told me how to help it dry throughout the night and went on his merry way. This was an outstanding experience with one of Angie's list providers! I would definitely used them again and recommend them to others.
