+ -1 moreThis is service at its best...I was in a hurry and they did everything they could do get me back on the road.
Description of Work: My tire was bad I stopped early Saturday morning and had the tire replaced. Only took an hour and all stalls were full when I got there., they even went to the trouble of jacking up my car in the parking lot and replacing the tire. Good job !!

+ -1 moreThe technicians on duty that day were very, very polite! They explained all my questions about air filters, oil change frequency and what type of oil works best for my car. They are so very, very on point and professional. I will definitely continue to use Jiffy Lube as my oil change place!
Description of Work: They changed my oil, looked at other key components of my car and made sure it was running smoothly.

+ -1 moreI drove up on a Saturday morning about 10:00 am to get my oil changed on my 2006 Chevrolet Equinox. They were quite busy but I felt that the wait would be worth it since they always clean up the interior of my car and wash all the windows plus check all my hoses and lines. I had to wait approximately 25 minutes for them to put my car in a service stall due to all 3 lines were full and in operation. I watched from inside the air conditioned office as they performed all the services on my car. After the technician was finished, he came inside, gave me the total; took my coupon and applied it to the total costs; and was most professional and courteous. I was still in and out of there in less than an hour! Jiffy Lube is the only service provider that I use to change my oil. They are always the same and treat their customers cordially. I would not hesitate in recommending Jiffy Lube to anyone needing auto services in the Huntsville, Texas area!
Description of Work: The provider changed the oil in my 2006 Chevrolet Equinox.

+ -1 moreThey do great work and it took them very little time. The only thing is they didn't have my air filter in stock. They know what they are doing, clean, vacuum inside the car and are quick.
Description of Work: They did an oil change, full service with synthetic oil.

+ -1 moreBetween the lady whose car was worse off after their service, the mechanic seemingly trying to imply that I needed all these ther things fixed before I could get my sticker, and the whole rear differential thing.... I was not impressed. At the time I am typing this, I have jus returned from Ringo Tire. I had my oil changed for a good price (I brought my own oil and filter), had my emergency brake adjusted, which I already knew needed attention, and had them do a check over of my car. As it turns out, all my car needs is a good tune up. At 800 miles shy of the big 100,000 mile mark, I would say I am about due.
Description of Work: I needed to get my inspection sticker. I work during the week so that is difficult. Was gonna go to Firestone as I had heard they were open on Saturdays. They were open, but that particular store didn't do inspection stickers. They referred me to the only place they really knew to be open for what I needed, and that was Jiffy Lube just down the street. Everything started ok, the guy took the car for a drive, as is standard. When he got back, he called me over to the computer in the garage and started pointing out all these things that were wrong. I asked, "Did I pass?" He ignored that question and kept giving me a laundry list of what was wrong. I asked him again, "Did I pass?". He finally said "Yes." with a quick "but" behind it. I asked him to give me a print out of everything he was showing me on the screen. He said they could do that inside when I paid for the sticker. One of the things that he told me needed servicing was my rear differential. Earlier, while I was waiting, another lady came in who had the same kind of car as I. She said that they had serviced her car just the day before and now her car was leaking oil badly. Anyway, I go into pay, and a different person is printing out the reciept. I asked him about the list of things that other guy was telling me about. He said the factory reccommed servicing was printed on the reciept. I added license plate light bulb and asked the guy about my rear dfferential. He looked shocked and said "M'am, you don't have rear differential." I said that the other guy told me that it needed servicing. I added that if I had agreed to it that I would be paying to have something fixed that I didn't even have. The cashier assured me that when he would have gotten in to do the work, he would have seen that there was none and I would not be charged for it.
