Everything was to or exceeded my expectations. The only disappointment was that after clearing the clog the line couldn’t be inspected due to a malfunction with the camera.

We had an emergency that required several thousands of dollars work. The work wasnt terrible, although there was a two-day delay when the city shut us down because Pioneer hadn't installed a valve properly. However, by far the biggest problem with Pioneer is that they use a disreputable finance company called Green Sky. The Pioneeer representative assured us there would be no interest the first year and had us sign documents to that effect. Two weeks later we get a letter from Green Sky saying there was a misprint; in the contract and that we would have to pay interest. This would add thousands to our bill and we're mired in a legal battle against them. After researching Green Sky, I see there have been a multitude of charges and suits and investigations against them for such sleazy practices. Pioneer Plumbing is affiliating themselves with a corrupt organization who swindle you out of every nickel they can.

I had the company come to unplug the main drain, they noted that main was the MUD needed to unplug it, I was not charged a trip charge. The MUD District did come and unplug the drain. If need a plumber in the further if will call Pioneer Plumbing and Septic Larry K

Well done service. Professional and polite-informative and helpful. Gave us good advice for future usage and advised us about other care needs. The less than 5 ratings are due to arriving late and having to charge more than the estimate due to having to go get a part. We will use them again and did purchase their plan for a year which helped with the cost and will help with some maintenance later. Happy enough overall but have to be honest about the 2 negative items .

Pioneer Plumbing and Septic plumbers were great - on time, professional and polite. Kept me informed of what the problem was and what the repair was. They advised me on what could be done to avoid future problems with this particular problem. The weather had been rainy and the leak had been gushing 24/7 for a week which further contributed to a muddy mess - no complaints - and David and his helper were dressed appropriately to handle the problem. I would highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing and Septic.

Knew their business. Very efficient. Everyone I dealt with was courteous. Could provide better time estimates or updates on when to expect technicians.

We are over the top satisfied and delighted with Pioneer and with Nick, their guy who converted our upstairs tub to all new fixtures. All told, one of the best experiences we have ever had with a company. Nick is the best, total professional, fast and friendly. Pioneer will go far with employees like Nick. 5 stars and A+++ !!!
