+ -1 moreI had bought carpet and ceramic tiles. I had to pay for them again because they didn't complete the work. They took my money and started working on other people's project after some really bad storms.It was a nightmare and provider didn’t pull permits. He had random people in my house for the work. He would go to the workforce day shifters and pick them up. He evenutally didn't finish the work and quit calling me back. This business is not even BBB accredited. I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: I hired them for bathroom remodeling and did some tiles on my living room floor.

+ 0 moreIt was the worst experience of my life. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY THAT IS RUN BUY RUSSEL WEST. FROM DAY ONE TILL I FINALLY GOT HIM TO COMPLETE THE JOB A FULL 3 MONTHS WAS NOTHING BUT A PROBLEM.
Description of Work: He is very unprofessional. Sloppy work. Low end material. Didnt listen to suggestions or complaints. Employees are not licensed. Day laborer. Terrible. Still having issues. Not able to use a bathroom for over a year and cant afford to have it repaired properly at this point. Items stolen from garage by his help. Urinated out window. Cussed and yelled at me and I am the home owner. He actually told me to leave my own property. After the hurricane he realized how desperate people were and he took full advantage of the situation. family member sent email year later asking for donations for him and his company because he was going under. Run for your life if this company comes around

IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY REPLACED AIR CONDITIONING AND DUCT WORK AND NONE OF IT WAS DONE PROPERLY; IT DIDN'T WORK. THE ELECTRICITY HAD NOT BEEN HOOKED UP. THEY DIDN'T PULL THE PROPER PERMITS THAT WERE REQUIRED TO DO THE WORK, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STATED THEY WOULD DO SO IN THE CONTRACT. THEY USED ABOUT $300 WORTH OF MY ELECTRICITY AND $200 WORTH OF MY WATER BILLS WHILE WORKING, AND HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT WAS DONE WRONG. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ALL OF THE OLD MATERIALS HAULED AWAY, BUT HE DID NOT. I HAD TO HAVE MUCH OF IT HAULED AWAY MYSELF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM, I REALLY FEEL THAT I GOT TAKEN. HE WAS NOT HONEST AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY POOR, AND DIFFERS FROM WHAT HE PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT.
Description of Work: HIRED THEM FOR WATER DAMAGE & MOLD RESTORATION.
