They never took the time to respond .. I tried to make contact several times but still no response at all .. I do not recommended this company .......

Everyone in this company is extremely polite, pleasant and honest. I am very happy that I found them to be my "to go" company for my sprinkler system and other irrigation issues. Amanda, Brad and Marco are fantastic to work and deal with. Great group of staff.

It went ok but I had to email them twice to confirm they where coming out due to the work overload they had with it being so hot that there business had picked up. The guy that came out was very nice. I also received a email regarding all sprinkler heads that need to be replaced. I just wished that more than one person would of came so they could have replaced or adjusted what needed to be instead of me having to make another appointment for them to come out.

The inspector was very kind and professional in his approach. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I saw any problem areas he needed to know about up front. I told him where the control box was and asked if I needed to assist; his response was that I could if I desired, but that it wasn't necessary. The inspector accessed the control box and viewed each watering zone to see how it watered now; then adjusted the heads where necessary and made note of heads that were not performing up to standard. He performed this function for each of the five watering zones covering my yard. When finished, he informed me of the work he did and the heads that were not functioning properly. He said Taylor Irrigation would contact me shortly with an estimate for repair/replacement of the heads not functioning properly. He also informed me of the changes made to the water schedule and which areas would be getting more water and which areas less (flower beds - more, yard - less). I thanked him for his time and professionalism... and he was on his way. I felt pleased with the work done and would recommend the service to my friends.

Project went great. There was a three week waiting list before the job could start simply due to how busy they were. I saw this as a good sign, though. The impact to me and the yard was minimal, as minimal as it could be given the project. John communicated with me frequently before and throughout the project and ensured that the project was completed as per his high standards. He also came and walked me through the system when it was complete. John was also very clear about the length of time that it would take for the grass to heal after the upheaval. So far, I'm impressed with the system. It's definitely a huge improvement over the older system, with much greater flexibility. The ability to hook up potted plants onto the lines is a huge bonus. The after-installation services included are also impressive; several check-ups and adjustments throughout the the first year to ensure that the system is performed as expected and that the yard is responding well. I also like the fact that they have access to a horticulture specialist to help if there are some particular issues with certain plants.

This is the second time I've used Taylor irrigation and it went great. I happened to read the reviews again before I called them again this time and read Mr. Taylor's response to a recent review. His response indicated that the basic maintenance would be free if #thatguy was referenced. I did use the reference and they got back to me quickly to schedule an appointment. Mr. Taylor came out personally and made some minor adjustments to my system and will be returning to complete some additional repairs. As promised this service was free for using #thatguy. Good, friendly service again.

Used this vendor for an irrigation assessment that went well and report received timely. Used them later when we had a leak and irrigation system issues. They were backed up from high seasonal time period. There were communication issues--some on each side--owner got involved and worked hard at customer service/repair. Could have been a better scenario but understand this is a busy time for them.

They were on time, courteous and honest. This was their second service call at our house. It's very refreshing to have a company that does not try to recommend unneeded services or products.

No worthwhile contact.

Went well. Brad, arrived on time in the timeframe agreed. He was a personable, knowledgeable technician. I was having problems with my Hunter C programmer and wasn't sure if I just had programmed it incorrectly. He looked at this, reprogrammed it for me to what he said was the optimal watering amount for my landscape. It has now been coming on the days, time allotted with no problem. Problem fixed now. He checked my entire irrigation system. Noted where heads needed to be changed out , problem areas and noted adjustment to back flow preventer needed to be made. Said I would be receiving a full report and estimate for repairs by email. Received this promptly. I emailed back and asked to schedule the repairs. Now it did take him approximately 3 days for him to reply back to me regarding the repair scheduling. He said I would be contacted by the person in charge of scheduling. This was July 12th. I didn't hear from the office manager regarding scheduling until July 21st over a week later. Now this is a small repair - just a little over 200.00 so probably not a priority for them. I wasn't in a rush to get it repaired, I had been very busy, so I hadn't taken the time to check back with them regarding scheduling it. All I received was an email with a scheduled date and time. I wasn't called first to see when I would like to schedule it. The email did say I didn't need to be home to make the repairs. I did respond and said I needed to reschedule because I do prefer to be home when repairs are made to my home and I would be out of town on the date they slotted me into. I gave them a suggested date and they changed it to the date I requested. Not upset about the delay in getting this scheduled, if was something that needed immediate attention I feel sure they would have scheduled me right away. Not that type of repair. Overall pleased with service and fees.

I received a note and confirmation from Taylor Irrigation immediately after purchasing the special. They scheduled the visit based on our needs. He showed up on time and was very informative about the system, how it should be set and how he would leave it. Very professional and on time.

It went great, he did a wonderful assessment and I'm trying to schedule a follow-up. I've been playing phone tag so that I can get it scheduled to have them come out and do the work that they recommended. He went through the whole system to see what would need to be fixed, adjusted and replaced. He checked the overall coverage. He did a great job. He did a detailed recommendation and before he left, we discussed the things that he found. He suggested certain things and made sure that I was on board with that. He did an excellent job. They sent me an estimate for the recommended work which I thought was reasonable. I want to go forward with it and they said that they would put me on the schedule. I haven't had a chance to discuss it with them. I am waiting to hear back from them. I will use them and I would recommend them to other people.

It all went pretty smooth. I wish I'd asked for the details on how the zones were reset - In needed to go through each program and zone to be sure I knew what days and for how long the sprinklers would be on.

Very well done. Evaluated the complex sprinkler system. Estimated repairs. Repaired the system very quickly.

They service was was an great and when they did something the guy was great. And I would probably use this service provider in the future if they call me back.

Thought the price was a little high for just adjusting sprinklers. A report was to be provided as to what needs to be done for better coverage but I have not received it. Maybe nothing needs to be done?? My previous report rated them low on punctuality but that was before I was told the circumstances, which appears was no fault of Taylor Irrigation. The service people were friendly, courteous and helpful.

I was very pleased with Taylor Irrigation. The audit of my sprinkler system was done in a couple of hours. They even reprogrammed my watering times and explained why this was best, in their opinion. I then received a letter detailing what work needed to be done and the cost. The work was scheduled for the following week. When they arrived, you hardly knew they were there. They had to dig around a couple of sprinkler heads to straighten them. When they left, you could not even tell the ground had been disturbed. If I hadn't seen them do it, I never would have know. I was told that they had brought the wrong module to replace in the control box and would be back in a day or so. They returned and replaced the module and I didn't even know they had come until I say that watering zone working a few days later. They did exactly what they said they would do, explained everything to be verbally and in writing with the quote, arrived on time, every time and completed the work as promised. My gardens are now looking great. I will definitely call they again when the need arises.

I was very impressed and recommend them highly.

In addition to informing me of the necessity to find or replace my "missing" backflow prevention device, he sent me a copy of code that requires BPD before performing major repairs. We exchanged e-mails in which the service rep became defensive when I told him it appeared his company was not interested in undertaking my minor repairs, i.e., straightening risers, damaged nozzles, (as many homeowners do every day themselves). In the meantime, my brother came to my home, walked around the house and found the BPD device immediately. It stands about 3 feet tall above ground and is clearly visible. To recap, I had ordered the "special" $99 inspection on the irrigation system of the home I recently moved into. Based on the service rep's report, his flawed assumptions, and the proposed $500+ cost to correct "deficiencies" he found, I will not hire this company to do further work.

The service was excellent and worth the price. The technician was professional, skilled and timely. He performed the services that had been purchased and offered good advice about future maintenance that can be performed by us as the homeowner, his company or any other company that we might consider. I am very pleased with the service received from Taylor and would certainly consider using them in the future.

The service was good. I had brief trouble in getting my quote in a timely manner after they came out to my house. But, with a few emails being exchanged the issue was remedied and I proceeded to have the work done. Overall, this was a good experience and I would recommend them.

Great service. Very friendly. Clear that Brad really understood the details of sprinkler operations. I asked a lot of questions and he had great answers to all. Glad I had them out.
