Prior to Zodega, my irrigation company was Taylor Irrigation Service, with which I was very happy. Zodega bought out Taylor and I began to do business with them. Zodega is unresponsive and unprofessional. I had work done a month ago by Zodega and was having issues. I called three times on a Thursday and two times on Friday. No one ever responded. They have an answering service and customers are not allowed to speak to any employee directly. When finally I called on Friday evening, the answering service stated no one would contact me till Monday. I was told the Zodega has bought out several companies. Apparently they are growing but their customer satisfaction and service is going out the window. Plan to change companies immediately for my future services.

I waited 2 months (TX landscapers are so busy after our February freeze), & it was worth it. Zodega did a really good job! The crew was very nice; all of them worked hard. They struggled to find plants, replacing many on my bid with other good choices. I highly recommend Zodega as the best landscapers I've ever worked with. They are well worth the price.

Ethan and his crew showed up on time, early in fact, and completed the job. We like the company so much, we eventually asked them to replace all (5) of our sprinkler solenoids. Fair price (slightly better than their competition), quick service, great work. We'd definitely hire them, again.

They were quick to respond and quick to visit. It took three trips in total for all the work to be completed, but overall it was fine. Maybe a bit more expensive than I'd have liked.

TIS Services designed and installed a smart sprinkler system and did this in only a day and a half. They did this with saving my grass and when they finished most of the trenches you couldn't tell they was ever dug. I am very impressed with the quality of the work they performed. I would suggest to anyone to use TIS. There cost was higher than others but the quality of the work they performed and the fact that they are going to save water in the long-term I believe makes it a worthwhile $$$ on my investment.

Service performed as quoted. There was a mix up on the original scheduling due to miscommunication however company was responsive in rescheduling and provided a discount to compensate for mistake. Very professional.

They showed up on time and quickly performed the repairs needed. The technician checked other heads and found another that was leaking that I didn't know about. He repaired it also and the system was working well when he left.

We canceled our current service providers and immediately switched to TIS at a comparable rate. We followed Danny's advice in the back yard and are already seeing good results. TIS treated the chinch bugs in the front year and that area is looking much better as well. We are using TIS for lawn maintenance and they are much more conscientious to not damage our patio pavers like the previous company did. Danny has been very patient as we ask a million questions and is very responsive when we call. We will be working with TIS in the fall to redo our front garden landscaping. We have been extremely pleased with their service in the 6 weeks we have been using them.

I like them. I've used them for 3 years. They show up real quick but they don't bill me. I suspect there are problems in their office. I've even called and asked them to bill me and they won't bill me. They have been out here twice in the last couple of months. It took about an hour and a half to complete the job. The workers were nice and genuine and left the area clean.

I purchased a sprinkler service from these people from Angies list, and, needed to purchase something additional from them, than the simple maintenance. I called them multiple times, and was always sent to voicemail, and never got a reply. I sent multiple emails, and never got a reply. They never performed the service, and, never got back to me.

It was a lot. It was over $500, but they did a lot. They did very good work. I have a lot of old sprinklers and heads that needed to be fixed and now everything is working. It took them just a few hours to complete the work.
