ZODEGA-TIS

Prior to Zodega, my irrigation company was Taylor Irrigation Service, with which I was very happy. Zodega bought out Taylor and I began to do business with them. Zodega is unresponsive and unprofessional. I had work done a month ago by Zodega and was having issues. I called three times on a Thursday and two times on Friday. No one ever responded. They have an answering service and customers are not allowed to speak to any employee directly. When finally I called on Friday evening, the answering service stated no one would contact me till Monday. I was told the Zodega has bought out several companies. Apparently they are growing but their customer satisfaction and service is going out the window. Plan to change companies immediately for my future services.

I waited 2 months (TX landscapers are so busy after our February freeze), & it was worth it. Zodega did a really good job! The crew was very nice; all of them worked hard. They struggled to find plants, replacing many on my bid with other good choices. I highly recommend Zodega as the best landscapers I've ever worked with. They are well worth the price.

Ethan and his crew showed up on time, early in fact, and completed the job. We like the company so much, we eventually asked them to replace all (5) of our sprinkler solenoids. Fair price (slightly better than their competition), quick service, great work. We'd definitely hire them, again.

They were quick to respond and quick to visit. It took three trips in total for all the work to be completed, but overall it was fine. Maybe a bit more expensive than I'd have liked.

First off I like to say that my previous experience with this company was great. However I contacted them by phone. (Never once has someone answered) left a message stating what my needs were. I was contacted back and we made an appointment. The day of my appointment I had to call after they didn't show after a couple hours of the scheduled time. I called and asked if he was still coming. I was told, sorry I thought it was a floating appt. No problem he said he would be right over. After coming out and assessing the problem he said he would send a proposal. After a week I had to call and leave a message once again to ask them to send me the proposal. I received the proposal and accepted it and sent an email back saying, please call me to schedule an appointment for the repair. This was a week ago and not a word or response. I don't know what has happened with in the company in the past year but one thing is for sure is you will have to bother them at each and every stage to get your work done. Well sorry to say but I'm done. There are many other business's in Houston that will gladly take my business.

TIS Services designed and installed a smart sprinkler system and did this in only a day and a half. They did this with saving my grass and when they finished most of the trenches you couldn't tell they was ever dug. I am very impressed with the quality of the work they performed. I would suggest to anyone to use TIS. There cost was higher than others but the quality of the work they performed and the fact that they are going to save water in the long-term I believe makes it a worthwhile $$$ on my investment.

Outstanding, as always. Taylor Irrigation employs courteous professionals who don’t need to be told or shown how to properly install or repair your irrigation system. When they finish a job, it is done perfectly.

Service performed as quoted. There was a mix up on the original scheduling due to miscommunication however company was responsive in rescheduling and provided a discount to compensate for mistake. Very professional.

They showed up on time and quickly performed the repairs needed. The technician checked other heads and found another that was leaking that I didn't know about. He repaired it also and the system was working well when he left.

We canceled our current service providers and immediately switched to TIS at a comparable rate. We followed Danny's advice in the back yard and are already seeing good results. TIS treated the chinch bugs in the front year and that area is looking much better as well. We are using TIS for lawn maintenance and they are much more conscientious to not damage our patio pavers like the previous company did. Danny has been very patient as we ask a million questions and is very responsive when we call. We will be working with TIS in the fall to redo our front garden landscaping. We have been extremely pleased with their service in the 6 weeks we have been using them.

Work was done very well, I would hire these guys again in a heart beat.

I've even called and asked them to bill me and they won't bill me. They have been out here twice in the last couple of months. It took about an hour and a half to complete the job. The workers were nice and genuine and left the area clean.

I purchased a sprinkler service from these people from Angies list, and, needed to purchase something additional from them, than the simple maintenance. I called them multiple times, and was always sent to voicemail, and never got a reply. I sent multiple emails, and never got a reply. They never performed the service, and, never got back to me.

I've used Taylor many times now and they always take care of my needs.

They did a great job installing the sprinkler system. The workers were fast and thorough. The price is a little higher than most, but the quality of the system was evident immediately. We are so glad we chose TIS!

It was a lot. It was over $500, but they did a lot. They did very good work. I have a lot of old sprinklers and heads that needed to be fixed and now everything is working. It took them just a few hours to complete the work.

Very well. John, the tech, was very professional and I feel better now that all has been checked.

Initially I was not too happy with them, I do not think they did an adequate job of tuning them up. And that was one of the primary things I wanted them to do and I knew I needed some sprinkler heads so I knew the recommendation was coming but they were pretty expensive. I was expecting them to do more for that price. For $595 I was expecting them to replace all the sprinkler heads which they did not do, this house is 14 years old now so the irrigation system are old and they replaced a lot of those and they did not replace some and I thought they should have for the price I was paying. They were not here that long, and I thought that was a little pricey. From the time they came out initially, I had to call them one or two times to see when they would come out the first time. They were going to call me prior to arrival and they did not do that. I was disappointed because I was not at home and had to come back because I wanted to be there.

As usual - TIS does great work! They came out to check out the irrigation system at my new place. Our tech evaluated the system, adjusted all of the heads, repaired a few damaged heads, AND adjusted our watering schedule to be in conformance with our area's water restrictions! I thought that the last thing was a nice touch. The TIS folks have always been great to work with!

This is the second year I have used them since shrubs grow and grass changes so that my sprinklers need to be adjusted. Both times they were very professional adjusting and replacing parts. Their prices are fair and the work is excellent. Absolutely recommend.

Excellent service, knowledgeable technician and I will be hiring this company to do minor upgrades.
