Description of Work: Things started off very well with Taylor. Licensed, qualified, good work, good price. Then something happened and they couldn't return calls or emails or make or keep appointments. I think they were overwhelmed with business and couldn't respond. I couldn't wait for them to straighten it out. Too bad, because I really liked them.

Description of Work: repaired and/or replaced several sprinkler heads, reset all times and schedules, moved sprinkler heads as needed. Coverage of yard is now excellent. Yard and shrubs look better than they ever have with no wasteful overspray, no puddles and my water usage has gone down significantly. Plants I was prepared to pull are now healthy and growing well. Excellent workman, went about their business and finished in what I thought was excellent time. No wasted effort and other than everything now working properly they left no trace of their presence. Can't recommend them highly enough. One of the best businesses I have dealt with.

Description of Work: Taylor Irrigation provided irrigation system check and identified areas that needed repair (1) & suggestions on sprinkler heights to be more efficient. They were responsive on the phone and extremely pleasant when they showed up. I would definitely do business with them again.
