Description of Work: They came out and checked the system. We had broken sprinkler heads and they replaced them. We also had them do other work like adding heads in different areas. For some reason we had a problem lining the work up. It took a few attempts to get a response from them to set up the appointment to come back to do the work. I'm sure it was because they are so busy this time of year. They did excellant work and I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had been having some problems with our water pressure (unrelated to the sprinkler system) they discovered our water wasn't completely on at the main. They made some great suggestions that would save us money. Went above and beyond! I was really impressed with them.

Description of Work: I had Taylor Irrigation do a system tune-up. They found a couple missing sprinkler heads and three that needed to be raised. They did the work, did a very good job and ended up not charging me. However, it took 12 days and multiple calls & emails to get the work scheduled (while my lawn shriveled in the July heat). | |Three days after the tune-up, the business manager emailed a detailed bid for $125 to do the repairs. Four minutes after I got the bid, I emailed acceptance and asked them to schedule the work as soon as possible. Three days later, I got an email from the business manager stating that the office manager would email an appointment time. Two days later, I had not been scheduled and my calls had not been returned. I sent another email to the business manager. The office manager called that day to say she would get me scheduled by the end of the day. She did not. Six days later, I sent another email to the business manager. He apologized and had a team out the next day to do the repairs. They did a good job. They said I would receive an invoice for the work. | |I never received an invoice. I emailed the business manager that I wanted to pay, but had never received an invoice. He said he would look into it, but I still have not received and invoice. | |They did good work once they got here and I would use them again. I hope their scheduling has improved.
