Showed up, did the test, and sent results to me and my water district. They did some additional service on my sprinkler system at a very reasonable price.

It was my misunderstanding. I felt like they would be able to perform some repairs at the time. Initially what they would do is an inspection and schedule some repairs at a later date. I need the repair done sooner so I've gone with someone else. They were very good at contacting me and it was an overall positive experience.

Wonderful. Brad is terrific. Professionalism is 100%. It was a bit difficult to schedule a service date, but once we did schedule, it was smooth sailing. Office staff is very professional and attentive, very courteous and listens to our needs. We had a big addition done recently and our sprinkler system in the back yard got messed up.He did not try to get us to do more than we were expecting or tell us that we needed anything extra, just adjust what was there and redirect the spray etc. He is thorough, explains everything he does and answers all our questions and makes sure everything is running to our satisfaction before he left. BEST THING: He called the day after to check if we were happy with the sprinklers and to let him know if anything else comes up.

The offer was for a sprinkler system inspection for $99. I have had sprinkler systems for over 20 years and that always means head adjustments and repairs, since the main expense (esp in Houston, which is big and has a lot of traffic) is the trip charge/ labor. This company offered that for $99. My usual guy is $87, but is difficult to deal with, so I thought I'd try them out. When they said it was just for a report and a second visit would be required, I felt ripped off. They were prompt and courteous in their communication, but I am not interested in spending over $200 total to get my sprinkler system buffed up when, even with parts, the total charge should be under $100.

I hadn't heard back from the provider and was unable to reach them by email, phone, or the message center on Angie's List. I have since contacted a provider I have used in the past to schedule services to repair my sprinkler head.

Bradley arrived on time and did a complete inspection. He said I was watering too often and adjusted my controller, both for time in each zone and to water only four times a week. I received an email report in a few days from Bradley. I had several heads that needed to be raised and a couple that needed to be moved. He quoted the price to do the job at $165 and I had the job done. I am very happy with their service and I have noticed that my lawn is looking better since Bradley made the adjustments to my controller.

Whether it is their office operations or the uneven nature of e-mail, I never received the assessment and the estimate for the work. I got one estimate from the phone conversation with the technician, and then when I got the invoice for about $100 more, I was surprised. I called Taylor, and the owner replied to me via e-mail answering all my questions. When I asked for an itemized invoice, it was sent right away. They justified their charge. I'd use these folks again. They did a thorough assessment, fixed the problems and provided me with the documentation I needed to petition the City for a reduction in a very large water bill They do business in the old-fashioned way, even if electronic communication failed them. It's follow-through and competence that count, and these folks have it, along with an owner that understands customer service is important.

Brian showed up on time. Did the work that had previously been suggested from my initial tune up. Everything works perfectly and Brian took the time to show me how to properly operate the control panel as I didn't have a manual for it. This is such a great company to work with. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Very reputable and honest company.

The service went well. The sprinkler system did not need any repairs. One technician came out and completed the job in about 20 minutes. It was easy to schedule the service. The technician was honest and did a thorough check. I really appreciated their honesty.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They came out and completed the inspection ion two different properties. They gave me a bid for additional work on one, but I chose to have another company do the work that had a bid $150 lower. On the other property, they completed the tune up and repairs. There were no issues with the work.

They also repaired a leak, raised some sprinkler heads, and brought the system up to code. They were able to complete the work all in the same day. I thought that the price was reasonable. It was a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

It was really fine. The guy came and he gave me the assessment. He was very professional and told me the cost upfront and I was very happy with that. He only did the assessment because what I needed to have done was too expensive. He got the assessment done in about one hour. The scheduling was quite easy and every time I sent them an email they would respond back punctually. They showed up when they were supposed to.

The tune-up was fine. They did what they said they were going to do and were thorough. They got the job done in about 45-60 minutes. The scheduling was pretty easy. We also wanted them to get us an additional estimate to fix some leaks but they never got back to us with the estimate.

Initial contact was to discuss coordination for installation of irrigation meter in conjunction with Mickie Service. I requested a system inspection in advance to determine any required repairs that would be necessary to meet current code requirements and determine the cost of necessary repairs. Base fee quoted for tying in from new meter by Mickie to irrigation system was $800. Taylor arrived precisely on time a few days after scheduling to my convenience. They first checked my meter and determined a system leak since the meter was spinning with no interior devices turned on. They also noted water coming from my backyard drainage system (it had rained heavily during the night). They toured the front checking all heads and searching for wet spots. Moving to the backyard, they located the main drain junction box and some exposed irrigation piping connecting from front to rear yards. A little digging (line was about 2 feet deep) and the ground was saturated. They exposed and repaired the leak which was occurring in a compression fitting. Replaced this with a welded fitting and waiting 30 minutes to test the system. Voila, no leaking. Total cost of repair was $250.00. Firm cost to lower quite a few spray heads to code height (below backflow preventer) was $200. The next day, I received a call from the owner who suggested that I monitor water bills and usage prior to investing $2000 in a new meter. He advised that I needed an average usage of 20,000 gallons per month to achieve a reasonable payback. So, I am watching and monitoring for a month or two before making the decision. This is the approach more service companies could take. Very professional attitude and approach.

Besidesthe items spelled out in the Big Deal the technician replaced a damaged head and nozzle at no additional cost.

The guys were fast, neat and professional. The team lead was courteous. I'll definitely have them back out to do some enhancements.

Taylor Irrigation was very professional, punctual and responsive. I have no complaints regarding their quality of work or materials used and would use them again in the future.

I was very impressed from the first contact. Brad was very professional and informative and even though the first visit bought through Angie's List did not include repairs, he replaced a sprinkler head that had broken off. Soon, I received an email with the suggested repairs and the cost. Brian and a helper came back and went over everything he was going to do and did the repairs and all is well. So refreshing to have a company do what they say they are going to do and be so pleasant to work with!

Everything went fine. However, I had a problem with my irrigation system that I could not use this service. They were professional and courteous. I just won't be able to use this Big Deal.

They were very thorough and detailed in their audit. They then had some suggestions on areas to fix and I thought their pricing was very reasonable. They talked me out of a second water meter for my outdoors stating that the fixes they made would reduce my water bill a lot. Very professional company. Would highly recommend them. They were on time, work was high quality and their prices very fair.

The appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks after I purchased the deal. The technician who came out was courteous and did a fine job with the inspection. They were unable to complete the tune-up because the backflow valve was not installed properly, they could not complete the tune-up because of code. They offered to complete the repair for $300, but I did not have them do the work.

It was hard to schedule with them. They emailed me with a date without asking if I was available. I emailed them back letting them know of a better appointment time and we scheduled it. I would think that inspection of the system would at least entail adjustment of the sprinkler heads. The details of the deal do say that the adjusting of heads was included and he did nothing but just walked my premises. He did adjust the time on the sprinkler. There were areas where the sprinkler heads needed to be adjusted. He said that adjusting was not included in the deal. I asked him if he could adjust the heads for additional costs and he said that would require another appointment. I asked for them to send me a quote for seasonal maintenance services for the system as well and they said they would get back to me, but they never did. I got nothing out of this deal and I do not know what I paid for.

We were impressed by the quick response to our service call. Their team repaired and reset the broken sprinkler heads. We appreciate their honest assessment of the problem. It is possible that a dishonest company would have told us pipes were broken and charged us much more. We highly recommend Taylor Irrigation. They are honest, professional and punctual.

Brian arrived at the scheduled time. He was very professional and polite. I had let them know prior to them coming out that one of the sprinkler heads would need to be replaced before testing the system. Brian installed new head at no charge. Brian tested the system, adjusted all nozzles and set timer. I received a estimate of things I knew that needed to be fixed/changed. including repairing of a water line. The next day I received the estimate and was very pleased that the total to have this done would be $189.00 So I called today to have the work scheduled to be done. I have recently moved here and had no knowledge of sprinkler systems. I had found someone on craigslist about 2 months ago that came out and told me I need an entirely new system and wanted to charge me $1500.00 just for the back yard alone. I'm so glad I joined Angies list and found Taylor Irrigation Service what a great honest company with good people...A+ for me
