Overall I am happy with the price, installation and speed at which the transaction was completed. The only issue is that I never received a call to check on the installation nor did I receive a reciept! I was told that there was a 1 year warranty on the labor but since I have no documentation/ paperwork I am not sure if this is true or if the warrantly will be honored if I have an issue. The unit that was installed is working great for now and I hope this continues. The staff was great about working late on a Friday to get the unit installed (especially considering it was the week before Thanksgiving). I had no heat and a house full of family expected for the Thanksgiving holiday so they really stepped up to get my heater installed. They damaged my door frame to the attic a bit but considering the price I did not complain (plus the space was really tight to get the new heater into).

Esbin did an excellent job. Originally, we had him repair or unit when it stopped working in the middle of summer. Our system was the original system placed in our home in 1994. He told us he could either order parts and fix the current problem, or he could install a new system. Our home warranty was wanting us to do the cheaper (fix not replace). However, we have had A/C issues the last 3 summers and decided it was time to get a new system. Esbin ordered the system and installed it. When he unpacked it, he noticed it was not the exact system he told me I was getting, so he reloaded it and took it back to the warehouse (Goodman). The same day he came back and installed the new system. System has been working great for almost a year. Esbin has checked in to make sure we had no issues. Esbin has also been a good referral source for our plumbing issues. We had a ruptured pipe and he was able to refer a plumber that fixed the problem the next morning.

We were very satisfied with the response, price, quality of work and extended service. I would recomend this company with no reservations.
