The crew was a little late, but not their fault, had to wait on truck at the plumber supply to be unloaded. They communicated that to us, got to the house as quickly as they could and got the job done. Good communication, great customer service, excelent job installing in a timely manner, and fantastic price point compared to any others we asked for quote from. Two guys came and replaced water heater in the attic. The previous heater was bought and replaced through Lowes and had rust damage due to leaks from outlet connection and had some water leak from vent pipe when it was raining. So I told them about it and asked them to check the vent and all. One of them went up to the roof and worked on the vent. They charged me the exact amount they quoted. The work was done quickly and the water heater is working good without any leaks. I do recommend this company.

Pro Plumber did a very good job for replacing our water heater. They did the job professionally. They corrected the location of the heater,. For safety reasons, they even replaced three plastic water pipe connectors with brass ones.

I've dealt with numerous plumbers in the past. Pro Plumber was the best. They arrived on time, practiced good social distancing during these uneasy times, efficiently installed the water heater and afterwards explained things about the water heater. They also pointed out a problem that existed in my attic a/c condensate pipe and pointed out the heater vent needed to be resealed on the roof top to prevent leakage on water heater. I highly recommend Pro Plumber they definitely know what they're doing.
