On time, knowledgeable, pleasant. Will hire again for next year's chimney cleaning too.

I honestly do not know what was performed. This nice man showed me a camera. He was wonderful.

Ron was wonderful. There was a bit of sticker shock for us, as we were only planning on having a chimney sweep done, however Ron discovered that the box of our wood burning stove was cracked through and through and needed repair. However Ron explained the repairs needed, and was able to schedule the repairs in 2 separate visits. Overall, job well done, fireplace repaired, and cost was competitive for repairs done! Would absolutely hire again.

I was quoted a price over the phone by when the technician came, the price was more that 10 times the quote. The technician never fixed the problem that he was hired to do. Today, I have the same issue as before they came. It seems to be a basic bait and switch. They did 'work" in a professional way but did not solve my problem. They told me I need a roofer not their company.

We had them come out to clean our chimney. Our chimney was very very clogged, he was friendly professional and did a good job. We will definitely have them come back every 2 years for maintanance

Roy was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. Extremely personable and took the time to explain in detail what he was doing and why.

Roy was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My job was simple and he could of been in and out in 10 minutes. However, he took the time to explain the details of my system to me and options for safety and future improvements. Best company I have encountered on home advisor.

I have already rated this company. Also, the process you require a potential client to comply with had become too time-consuming and you do not return the same courtesy. Think about it. Please in the future, provide the public seeking your services, a list of qualifications a provider must meet to qualify for listing with you - project specific qualifications please!

I was under the impression that this service included furnace and air inspection/cleaning, which it did not. Roy cleaned and sanitized the duct work,and explained as he went along.

Did not do a complete cleanup. Thought $300 was a little pricy for a two hour service.

Overall good experience. Technician should pay little more attention to the Property damage like the dry wall around the vent was torn to accommodate some alignment fix; keep up the appointment time. The Customer cannot wait indefinitely. They should have a reasonable appointment window and be on time. I would know soon the Dryer performance and how much this cleaning has helped. But overall very good company to work with. Mike (the owner) is very courteous and so is the technician Roie Cohen. They can definitely improve on certain aspects like being sensitive to the collateral damage, keeping up the appointment time etc etc. Would use their service again.

We went through Home Advisors for duct cleaning. Very excellent customer service. Explained everything that was going to be done from the first contact. No mess. Service person was very knowledgeable and courteous. Did not try to sell services that were not needed. I would recommend them.

They were responsive and came when they were supposed to.

Very disappointed. The guy came opened the fireplace door, went to my kitchen grabbed towel without asking me and wiped his hands, closed the door and asked me for $140. I hired for sweeping but he says he certified my chimney. Finally he settled for $99 and left without doing the work for which he was hired.

Technician was timely, thorough, and explained the process and the issues quite well. Gave us an estimate to fix all of our problems but it was pricey so we just went with our original sweep, inspection, and cap installment. We will use them again in late summer/early fall next year.

The technician arrived within the time frame, but when he left the air vents were left on the floor and we had to reinstall ourselves. He was a friendly person though and gave us options. We had our air ducts cleaned.

The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient. We would use their services again!

THey were very professional, on time and upfront about their pricing

I wouldn't recommend this company. They did respond quickly on the inital call, but showed up an hour after the 4 hour window, asked me embarrassing questions about my personal life (if I cheat on my boyfriend...etc.) and after I thought he had quoted me $645. For cleaning and "emergency repair" I was told it would be $1200 plus tax once he finished. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE HOME ADVISER OR UNITED HOME CLEANING!
