This was a very big job on a Friday afternoon! Roy was fabulous and completed the job correctly or wouldn’t leave!

Overall, the work got done and I was being upsold on certain items that were very inexpensive repairs (that most could do as a DIY) for an extreme price. I passed on these. I was in a rush to get the job done. Had I not been, I would have explored other options. Just beware of the "bait and switch up-sell" tactics.

They were very prompt in setting up the appointment. The person that did the work was very nice. The problem we had was the fee for some masonry work on the inside of the fireplace. The work was sloppy and took him just a few minutes and they charged us $250!!! We also paid over $300 for the "special" cleaning. We had a friend, who works in masonry, look at the work after it was completed and he said it was about a $25 repair that anyone could do and the work was very sloppy. My husband has called numerous times ....we feel we should get some credit. Michael said he would get back to us and never did. Its been weeks. Will not use them again! Overcharged and follow up customer service is non existent.
