I did their duct cleaning special for $130 plus an add on of $100 to do the laundry vent. They showed up a few hours early (which was fine) but did not know they were doing the ducts and the laundry room and then left and came back hours later. They hooked up the machine to the ducts to get the loose dirt then said additional cleaning to actually get all the dirt would be $1700. For the laundry room, it took them less than 5 minutes to get the dirt then had to ask me for a broom and bag to clean the area, then left the bag of laundry vent dirt on my dining table and they did not reattach the laundry vent!? So I started laundry the next day and the hot air was just blowing into the house. They hooked up one machine then sat on their phones for 30 minutes. Would not recommend.

The most professional, experienced and considerate service company I have found so far since recently moving to PA! I would give this company 10 stars if I could! My propane freestanding stove required serious repair. The service tech was able to resolve the issues quickly. Although parts were required to be replaced (the stove was 1988 vintage and had no documentation of having been serviced), everything was completed efficiently and earlier than expected. A very satisfied customer.

I wouldn't change anything about the experience having my chimney serviced by United Home Cleaning. The service man was very neat, thorough and friendly. I felt comfortable having him in my house and he took care to even help explain things when I had questions. Later, when I had a problem with my damper, they even came back to make sure everything was fixed and I was going to be safe! I am very appreciative of the exceptional service. Thank you for taking good care of me and my home.

Horrible experience ? office quoted me $99 for chimney cleaning. Tech arrived and quoted me $825 ?to do it right?? not to mention he did not have the proper safety equipment and was rude. I don?t know how this company is approved by Angi?s list!!?

The company employees were personable, professional, and well equipped to handle the job. Highly recommend to others and will for sure use the company again in the future.

I was not informed at the start of the job that the only 2 forms of payment accepted were Zelle & credit card. If you choose to use a credit card they add a 5%charge. They do not accept checks. It was a pretty expensive repair- so cash was not a readily available option. They need to inform customers before work starts. They did not complete the job. And it is hard to communicate with them.
