Ron, who was our very friendly and nice technician, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was especially interested in making sure the fireplace and chimney would be used safely in the future.

I requested the service from this company to clean my air ducts.The service was not done. Technician came with a drill and a hose attached to it. Opened the filter in the furnace unit took out the filter and stick the hose inside, turned the drill on two times and said that all the dust from the return unit will come out in to the filter. After that his cleaning job was done and he charged $290. This company is a SCAM DO NOT USE THEM. I asked the company to return my money the owner never returned my phone calls.

The worker did a great job cleaning but he talk down to me like I knew nothing. He could have saved a lot of time without all the talking

We were told that there was a disconnect in the vent line (dryer not connected to it) and four hours and $550 later, the technician still couldn't find the break in the line. He gave us an estimate of between $1500 and $2500 to return and break through our ceiling to locate and repair the disconnect in the vent. The estimate did not include repairing the ceiling. We did not hire the technician to complete the job because we did not want to be left with holes in our ceiling. We later learned that there is a camera on a cable that could have been used to locate the location of the break.

There was an issue with time due to the first job taking too long then expected. They called me to see if it was okay to change the time. I said it was okay but they were able to make some changes and fit me in when I was scheduled for. When they showed up to the how they were very informative about the fireplace and I learned a lot from them about the fireplace that I did not know. They did a through job and being informed on how to take care of the fireplace was very nice to hear. Also they explained slowly enough that I was able to take some notes about it.

They did a really good job. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that I was quoted a price to come do the inspection and clean. The technician who arrived IMMEDIATELY started to up-sell me on additional cleaning services essentially "shaming" me for assuming the "basic cleaning" was what I needed. There were lots of vague fears expressed about "what could be behind the creosote once a deep clean was done." When I asked if there were any reasons to "fear the worst" based on what was visible before and after the basic clean, the answer was no. The difference between what I was quoted and went with was $175 to $550. And for the "full works" including some mortar work that "should be done eventually" and painting the fire box the quote was $1400!! Again, the $175 service was well done and the process of setting up the appt could not have been easier. I just wish there had been some discussion of these "possible extras" that could have popped up.

Arrived on time. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Cleaned up after themselves. Does offer Military Discount. Their services a little bit more pricier then others. Keep in mind though, you pay for what you get. Would recommend to others.

At the end of the day it cost 5 times as much money to complete the job than was quoted over the phone. $145 quote $730 was the actual bill $145 is the bottom of the line cleaning price.

The technician arrived on time, explained what was needed, was very professionall and friendly and knowledgeable . Would highly recommend this company.

The technician was very knowledgeable and worked with us on the price of the service. The result was good. The one concern I had was he did not have a truck or a uniform that identified that he was a technician from United Home Cleaning Services.

Job should have been half the price that I paid despite quality of work.

Incredibly impressed from start to finish! I sent in the request for the appointment and received a confirmation email and a phone call in less than 2 minutes! Service technician had earlier appointment and as I had requested earliest available, called me and set up an earlier appointment which was greatly appreciated! He arrived perfectly on time and was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained all services available to fit our needs. Immediately got to work and did a fantastic job! We are 100% thrilled with the work completed and by the incredible customer service that we received! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I was very impressed with the service I got they showed me everything with pictures they took to show me different issues with my chimney. I felt very comfortable with the service. He was very good. He was on time with his appointment. I highly recommend them for your chimney. Great job.

Your first visit is very expensive for complete service plus extras they want to charge you for, and after the service, you will need a house cleaning service to clean the mess up. $650 for 2 hours labor a drill with a brush attachment to clean ducts in a 960 square ft Mobil home a real rip off
