They did a great job for great service.

I am not rating chimney brick repair because the practice of establishing a budget was done before the chimney was inspected. Thus, I had no idea of the condition of the chimney, whether the work done is adequate, or if there remains a dangerous flaw that time will expose.

Cleaning was excellent. I would have preferred someone who was certified in cleaning gas fireplaces so that my pilot operation could have been checked,

When I first made the appt., it was a woman, Gloria, who assisted me; really sweet. The day of my Appt., there was confusion with the arrival by noon, and I was told Gloria scheduled me and shouldn t have. There was also a language barrier with the gentlemen I spoke with, (Anthony & Michael), and once Michael was extremely rude, until I mentioned I booked with Home Advisor. I had an arrival time of 9-12. The tech arrived at 1:35. Time promised is important to me. I was dissatisfied with calling (11) times to ask for an ETA. Luckily the tech was nice & did a thorough job. Not sure if I d use this company again.

I really liked the guy who did the work. I am still waiting for a picture of the chimney that he took and a little feedback. As soon as I get that, I might add that fifth star. Thank you.

They are very customer service driven. Jacob was pleasant, professional and great with explaining what he was doing. Service was efficient and quick.

Jacob was very professional, clear about cost and options and left the work area as it was when he found it, very clean. Excellent job!

Was not able to do a normal cleaning of our chimney because we have a very steep and high roof, and he did not have the shoes he needed for that. Instead, he cleaned it from inside the house. Told us it was just as effective. Seemed to be just fine.

I specifically requested to have someone to inspect and clean 3 GAS fire places. The tech. very nice and pleasant man - told ne that I had to hire a gas FP expert . WASTED $106.00 for absolutely nothing. The tech said that there was no need to clean the chimney but I haven't clean on chimney for 3 years .. I know it's due .. No recommending this company to anyone

I was greeted I was talked to you I was informed verbally and by photos overall I was overwhelmed with the quickness , the quality and the niceness of the service.. I believe it is not the servicemen's fault!!! the process of pulling out the pads from the fire insert caused Ashes to come out into the air which is not good . is there a process that well keep this from happening in the future ???? thank you thank

The gentleman was here on time. He corrected the problem within a couple minutes. he had an excellent attitude. And was very helpful. I'd hire him again. All right

Ron was the tech who came to the house and he was great. He was personable and informative and did a great job with cleaning the chimney and keeping the mess contained.

Was extremely happy with our service person Joe. He went above and beyond in answering questions we had. Will continue to use them for all my needs. They were very punctual with arriving on time and respected our home by cleaning up after themselves. Would and will recommend to friends and family.

Ron and Chris were excellent to work with and provided additional insight and ideas regarding the use of our fireplace. They were quick and clean.

The person I had, I forgot his name. It may have been Jacob. He was excellent very precise and did a wonderful job. I can`t say enough about how he answered our questions and was very nice. I would recommend this company to all my friends. they gave me a special they were running and the price was perfect. I WILL call them next year and hopefully get the special. Otherwise I am sure I will use them and tell everyone I know that has a chimney that they are the best service I`ve ever used
