This one is a winner. 5 stars for sure. Professional, fair and knowledgeable. The office was great in helping reschedule my appointment and the technician took the time to explain the difference in the performance of my wood burning stove and my wood burning fireplace. I have a pellet stove at another location that I am going to have him check out as well. There will be a fire this New Year's Eve and I am feeling very confident that all will be safe.....THANKS Ron....great job!

Logan was very knowledgeable, very well qualified, very polite and practiced very safe covid measures. He gave me options on other problems that he found which I had always suspected were there. Overall very efficient and very high quality. I will be using them for any and all my wood stove and chimney needs.

They quickly returned phone calls and were able to set up an appointment very quickly. When the tech arrived, he was respectful of both us and our property. He cleaned our chimney to our satisfaction and cleaned up after himself. The area around our chimney was cleaner when he finished than when he started! We would highly recommend this company and intend to have them back in the future to clean our chimney.

$153 it cost me to hear how good he was. Never got on the roof to inspect the cap or crown. Tried to sell me a chimney liner. No price for the cost of a new liner or repair.

The cleaner did everything from the bottom of the chimney. He did not inspect the chimney cap up close.
