Raviv arrived as promised and performed a chimney inspection with thorough care

They did good work in a short amount of time.

Rip off. Charged me for their free inspection and wanted to charge double then other pros for a deep cleaning.

I had to cancel the added follow up on the deep clean. I had paid most of the bill but after calling the contractor back and explaining to them that the cost was too prohibited for my budget I asked for a refund for only what they had no competed. I was told that they would but never received it. I called my bank and created a dispute which has not been resolved with as yet.

He did not have what he needed to clean, said he was going to grab it and would be right back. He went to another job and did not come back for nearly 3 hours. Sprayed a chemical and did maybe 30 min work and left.

They were quick, friendly, thorough, and professional.

He just said we needed a plumber to come because he didn’t think the fireplace was getting enough gas.

Still have outside inspections to do. Paid them We're to contact me by email for follow up work. No contact yet. So really too early for complete assessment.

The young man was very nice. He arrived in a van that did not have the companys name or phone number on it. I called to confirm and was told they hire other companies to help. He up sold us with a photo of our Chimney and made a call to see how much the better cleaning would be. He JUMPED from upper roof to lower roof, did not use a ladder. We dreaded each landing. When he came in to clean the soot and he got soot on the carpet from his shoes, and tried to clean it. He asked if we had carpet cleaning spray and tried to clean it himself. After he left, I spent 45 minutes using my carpet cleaner to get the soap and spots out of the carpet.

They responded quickly and were able to schedule right away.

The technician was very efficient and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.
