It was a total bait and switch, Had agreed to a $99 price for chimney cleaning. After they arrived they said it would be $499 for deep cleaning. I told them to do the original deal and the guy worked for about 5 minutes, took the money, and left Would absolutely NEVER hire this company.

On time. Hired them to clean chimney. Made suggestions for additional work needed of which I accepted one. Satisfied with work done.

The technician was very professional, But my fire place is damage, his recommendation was to change the unit.

Mike and Logan were fantastic! Logan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I knew what was going on and explained it in numbers so I could really get things. I don’t know anything really about mechanics, but I could understand what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered all my questions, offered good tips, and provided fast service! Absolutely would recommend them and plan to contact them for regular fireplace maintenance.

Was on time. He explained what was wrong with my old fire place, took pictures inside and outside to show me what needed to be fix. I was very satisfied with his work.

I received phone call minutes after my request for a service . They set up appointment for the next day ! Logan arrived , cleaned my gas fireplace beautifully. He informed me of issues that might arise in the future and how they might be remedied. For now he just needed to clean the parts which is why it wasnâ t working correctly. He was knowledgeable and explained everything so well . I highly recommend , and price was very fair , too
