TURBO COMMICATION INC

I called Turbo because I had a very positive experience with them a few years ago. At that time, they inspected my alarm system and gave me operational instruction. This time, the technician did not know anything about my system and just kept mentioning that I needed to upgrade to a newer model. Very annoying since our system is working just fine. I asked the technician to put caulk on the new contacts and he said he would, but of course, he didn't. Another gripe, the trip charge for this company much higher than other companies. And if you are not a subscriber to their monitoring, do not expect good service - the woman who answers their phone told me as much. The technician returned to check something with our system, and this time since I wasn't home, he told my husband that we needed a new system. I have heard that this is typical of this industry since the markup is very high on the equipment that they install. I used another company to complete some additional work.

They were rude and argumentative when we would question anything including their billing. We didn't have a choice on the electrician because our custom home builder chose him and we actually had to fire the custom home builder and finish the house ourselves because he couldn't pay his bills to get the supplies to continue to build our house. Turbo charged us for work that was never completed, we had to hire someone else. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend Turbo for anything.

When I asked a technician to come by, they sent someone right away to check things out, even though it turned out it was a problem with the phone company, not the alarm system. They've always been helpful whenever I've called.
